When Czech friends recommended a Czech restaurant to me!
Kulaťak can be said to be my favorite Czech restaurant in Prague. After all, it's recommended by Czech friends, and local recommendations are always reliable, haha 😆 Kulaťak, although located in Prague 6, isn't exactly in the city center, so there aren't too many tourists dining there. I went with friends and we ordered beef tartare for starters, pork ribs, pork neck with potatoes, and grilled chicken wings. The most impressive dishes were the beef tartare and the pork neck. The fresh raw beef initially scared me, but with encouragement from my friends, I spread the tender beef on crispy bread slices, added some garlic 🧄, sprinkled with salt and pepper—absolutely delicious 😋 At first, I was worried about the raw meat's gamey taste, but after proper preparation, it was tender and devoid of any unpleasant flavors. The pork neck was incredibly juicy and unforgettable. As for the chicken wings, they were similar to those in China, but with a great flavor. #EuropeanCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation
