Where to Go in Paris on Mondays: Château de Champs-sur-Marne 🏰🌉

📍 Château de Champs-sur-Marne If you have a Paris Museum Pass and it happens to be a Monday, you have quite a few options, but some require reservations, such as the Musée de l'Orangerie and the Hôtel de la Marine. I recommend a lesser-known gem in the greater Paris area, the Château de Champs-sur-Marne. Take the RER A line and then the bus 220. You can use your Paris transit card, and remember to press the bell in advance when you're about to get off the bus 🛎️ 🕐 The visit will take about an hour to complete. The castle has two floors. After entering the main gate, walk a little and turn left to get your tickets, which are sold in the same place as the souvenir shop, and you can get an audio guide there. The castle features a beautiful chinoiserie room, similar to the singerie room at Chantilly, both painted by Christophe Huet. The castle also has a garden, which is quite large, although it's quite sunny right now 🌞 #ParisOlympics #ParisMetro #ParisMuseums #ParisMuseumPass
