Who doesnโ€™t know BCD Tofu House? ๐ŸŒŸ

๐Ÿ“ 5 W. 32nd Street, New York, NY 10001 I went there on a Wednesday night, thinking it would be less crowded on a weekday, but it was still packed! We had to wait for a table outside for about half an hour, but since it was just the two of us, we got seated right away. ๐ŸŽ‰ ๐ŸŒŸAs soon as we walked in, the air was filled with the aroma of steaming-hot dishes, mixed with the scent of chili, garlic, and broth, which instantly made our mouths water. The waiter handed us two cups of ice water as soon as we sat down. The service was really fastโ€”half a minute later, he was already standing by, asking what we wanted to order. It felt a bit rushed, haha. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿฒ Signature Spicy Tofu Hot Pot When it arrived, the soup was still bubbling away. The bright red broth was filled with incredibly tender tofu that fell apart at the slightest touch. ๐ŸŒŸThe flavor was spicy and aromatic, with a hint of sweetness. We were given a bowl of rice with a raw egg, which we cracked into the soup. It instantly turned into smooth, golden egg ribbons. Stirring it all together released an amazing aroma, and every bite warmed us up inside. ๐Ÿฒ ๐Ÿฅข Bibimbap The stone pot was still sizzling when it was brought to the table. The colorful mix of vegetables, tender slices of beef, hot rice, and Korean chili sauce was incredibly fragrant. ๐ŸŒŸThe best part was the crispy rice at the bottom of the pot. It was so crunchy that it broke into pieces with just a gentle tap. The combination of the charred rice and the spicy sauce was absolutely perfect! ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ #NewYork #NYCFood ๐ŸŒ‡๐ŸŒŸ
