Why Are NYC Thai Restaurants Getting Better and Better? 🔥

New York was pouring rain all Saturday, so my friend and I ducked into a Thai restaurant in Midtown Manhattan for lunch—and wow, both the vibe and the food were amazing! 🌧️🍜 👉🏻 Panang Curry Short Rib: Matata’s Pick! A massive bone-in short rib so tender it fell apart at the touch, paired with asparagus and green peppers. And let’s just say, drizzling that rich curry sauce over rice was pure heaven. 🍛 👉🏻 Tom Yum Seafood Hot Pot: Matata’s Pick! Anyone who knows me knows how much I adore tom yum soup—this one was perfectly tangy, spicy, and packed with flavor. Loaded with fresh squid, clams, and shrimp, it was a seafood lover’s dream. 🦐🔥 👉🏻 Garlic Eggplant: A huge portion of stir-fried veggies—the eggplant soaked up all the garlicky goodness, and the cauliflower stayed nice and crunchy. 🍆🧄 👉🏻 Chicken Satay: Four skewers of perfectly grilled chicken with a creamy peanut sauce that was downright addictive. 🍢🥜 ☕️ Thai Iced Coffee: Matata’s Pick! Refreshing and just sweet enough (thanks to a touch of condensed milk), this was the perfect caffeine boost. ❤️☕ 🌟 Little Thai Kitchen 📍 243 E 53rd St, New York 💰 ~$45 per person 💜 Check out this blogger—totally worth it!
