New York was pouring rain all Saturday, so my friend and I ducked into a Thai restaurant in Midtown Manhattan for lunch—and wow, both the vibe and the food were amazing! 🌧️🍜 👉🏻 Panang Curry Short Rib: Matata’s Pick! A massive bone-in short rib so tender it fell apart at the touch, paired with asparagus and green peppers. And let’s just say, drizzling that rich curry sauce over rice was pure heaven. 🍛 👉🏻 Tom Yum Seafood Hot Pot: Matata’s Pick! Anyone who knows me knows how much I adore tom yum soup—this one was perfectly tangy, spicy, and packed with flavor.
