đŸš« Worst Service Experience Ever – Completely Disappointed đŸ˜€

Four of us girlfriends went to Casa Madera for a night out—just wanted to relax, eat, and have a few drinks. We had a great time all evening. We ordered two bottles of tequila and spent over $2,000. The vibe was chill—we weren’t loud or bothering anyone. But the most unbelievable part— Right after I paid the bill and we were about to leave, security rushed over and rudely demanded that we “leave immediately.” One of my friends wasn’t feeling well and just needed to sit for a few minutes. Instead of showing understanding, the guards started pushing us and speaking to us like we were being kicked out! We were literally forced out of the restaurant. Honestly, this treatment was shocking. We weren’t causing trouble. We weren’t skipping the bill. We were customers who spent $2,000. To be treated so disrespectfully and forcefully escorted out—this was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve had in LA. Casa Madera, no amount of fancy decor can cover up your staff’s lack of respect and basic humanity. Customers are not objects to be shoved around. I hope management seriously reflects on this and makes sure it never happens to anyone again. #LosAngeles #BadService #CustomerRights #DisappointingExperience #HospitalityFail #LADining #NightOutFail #RespectCustomers #FoodieReview #NeverAgain #SpeakUp #Unacceptable
