What an amazing hotel experience! As a Diamond member, I can confidently say this hotel lives up to the Diamond standard in every way. We were first welcomed by the valet and bell attendant, who helped bring all our luggage up to the room—already setting a warm, hospitable tone for our visit.❤️ The front desk was decorated with cute cowboy hats and jackets available for purchase, adding a fun Nashville vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and even offered us a complimentary "Porch Light" drink at check-in—a refreshing and thoughtful touch! The process was quick and seamless.❤️ We were politely informed that some minor construction was still underway in the hotel, but the team made sure it didn’t disrupt our stay. We noticed a bit of dust and paint near the elevators, but everything was fully operational and clean where it mattered.❤️ Our standard king room with a canopy was beautifully appointed—clean, modern, and clearly well-maintained, as you'd expect from a relatively new hotel. Despite the ongoing work, the room was surprisingly quiet. We didn’t hear a thing! The walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead was spacious and luxurious, and we loved having complimentary robes in the room. The bed and pillows? Super comfortable—we slept like a dream. 🛏️💤 Now for the highlight: "The Silo" restaurant. It was absolutely fantastic! We went for breakfast, and I can’t stop raving about it. The server was attentive, the coffee was rich and flavorful, and the food? Simply outstanding.
