π Yokohama β The Most Recommended City in Japan for Tourism π
I've been to Japan several times and stayed in places like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Fukuoka, Okinawa, and Kumamoto, where I had a great time playing and eating. Unexpectedly, the city that left the best impression is Yokohama! I stayed for just two days, and it's not as crowded and bustling as Tokyo, but the transportation is convenient. It takes as fast as 40 minutes or as slow as 60 minutes by train to get to places like Shinjuku and Shibuya, and an hour's leisure trip to Kamakura is also satisfying. Yokohama is not short of modern architecture and high-rise buildings. There are quite a few headquarters of major companies with impressive buildings. The Landmark Tower offers a panoramic view of the entire city. Besides the port and commercial building areas, the distant buildings are particularly dense and compact, giving the feeling that Yokohama is not a large area with a small population, like a cozy backyard. In terms of shopping, the Yokohama Station Commercial Area has Rolex, Hermes, Chanel, and more, which are beyond my consumption level, and I dare not look closely. There is also the Red Brick market, which is a dazzling array of dining, desserts, and handicrafts. The seaside venue is very pleasant, and it seems to have irregular themed events. We probably caught a dog-themed event that day. In an hour, I saw dozens of dog breeds, which was eye-opening. Many people pushed three or four dogs in strollers, which was strange. There were few barking dogs, either majestic or delicate and cute, it was amazing! It was another day of envy and tears... Yamashita Park, a seaside park not far from the Red Brick, has many leisure benches, making it pleasant for walking and resting. Further ahead, there is the Gundam. I didn't have time to watch the performance, and it is said to be dismantled soon. If interested, you can go and see it as soon as possible. The water bus was also not experienced, leaving a thought for the next trip. #Travel #YokohamaGundamFactory #CupNoodleMuseum #CityRomanceLandmarkPunchCard #YokohamaRedBrick
