Yorba Linda’s Hidden Gem — Wild Artichoke 🌿✨

Ever since discovering this place two years ago, I’ve been bringing different friends here from time to time. The owner/chef is Korean, so his dishes carry a delightful fusion twist. Fun fact: the drink menu even includes Korean beer! 🍺 It’s a small but beautifully curated restaurant. Weekends are usually fully booked, so I highly recommend making a reservation. During our meal, we saw a few walk-ins being turned away. Prices are reasonable — around $60–80 per person. Definitely give it a try if you’re curious! 1️⃣ Million Dollar Seaweed Salad — Tangy and refreshing, great for waking up the palate. 2️⃣ Escargot — A must-order every time! One of their signature appetizers. 🐌 3️⃣ Chilean Seabass — Consistently excellent, no complaints at all. 4️⃣ Lamb Rack — Honestly, today it was a bit off. I asked for medium rare, but it came out nearly medium well. The waiter was very polite and offered to replace it, but I didn’t want to waste food. I just wanted to let them know so others wouldn’t have the same experience. 5️⃣ Chocolate Lava Cake — Rich, gooey, and perfectly sweet. 🍫 Since it was just a date night with my wife, we couldn’t order too much.
