A year later, and I still dream about this hotel... ✨ 🏖️🦋🌴🌺🌊🪐🐬 Arrival Magic Checked in at 2 PM—was supposed to do a sunset dhow cruise ⛵... but then: The drive from the airport was rough (think: potholes + dust)... Until we turned onto a tiny path lined with bougainvillea 🌸. Then—BAM! A whitewashed oasis, with the bluest ocean glowing beyond the lobby. Maldives who? Dropped our bags, followed a sunny yellow path (my favorite color! 🟡) to the beach. High tide → golden sunset → low tide... Canceled that cruise immediately. Morning Serenity Woke at 6 AM (jetlag’s silver lining). Breakfast was small but perfect—no filler, just love. 🍍☕ Ate with sunlight dancing on the waves through the open-air restaurant. Could’ve frozen time. Changed plans: Skipped our boat tour to linger longer. Collected seashells 🐚, floated in the pool, listened to waves + birdsong 🌊🐦⬛. Then... checkout. (Heart = broken.) Why It’s Special Not your typical "five-star"—just pure, unfiltered soul.
