This place has more than just birria. There's tacos, tortas, mulitas and some others. The meats are carne asada, adobada, birria of course and the other typical taco meats that I don't part take. I've been here probably 3 or 4 times in December and January. They are open late so it's nice to find the only Birria shop that is open before heading to downtown Rosarito. There's plenty of seating but take a jacket if you go at night. The birria is a bit greasy but the flavor of the caldo always makes up for it. The tacos look small but once you bite into it you'll realize they are actually quite filling. The salsa is spicy maybe not for Hispanics but for Americans use sparingly if you're not a spicy eater. The consomé de birria, the birria juice is very good. If you don't like beans make sure to ask without. I personally like a light bean mix as to not to overpower the dish.
