Would give zero or minus star if i could. I usually get my lunch at this place but i swear i will NEVER go back again. The customer service is extremely poor. Today there’s an asian lady there (dun get me wrong im not racist im also asian) and as usual i got my salad in small size which is $9.95. The other staffs would normally give me a full filled salad, with no more space that u can see when u look at the container which i think it makes sense because they are vegies and broccolis take a lot of room. The asian lady today gave me 70% full only and i said its not full yet, she insisted it was and said otherwise she couldn’t put the lid on. I mean, seriously?! At first i took the salad with me and sat down with my fd, but when she saw the salad she also felt the same. It wasnt full yet she said it’s actually unacceptable you should go and double check with the owner. Therefore i walked down again and tried to talk to the boss which is the asian guy that I normally meet in that place, im not sure if thats his wife or what he also insisted that was full and he said cox you ordered small size so that’s it. I mean i work nearby and im a regular, im not expecting you give me a lot until you wont be able to close the lid but when there’s still a lot of room in the container it makes no sense to me it worths $9.95, so thats why i tried to ask for more. I felt absolutely unfair and embarrassed while they both talked to me in a very rude way. They didn’t try to help at all or show sincere to solve the complaint. I cant see any difficulties or problems if he/she could just kindly fill the room up for a nice gesture or goodwill. What a shame because only asians would treat asians in this way. It is not nice. Worst experience ever...

I used to really enjoy the salads from this shop, they were fresh, generous, and great quality. Many of my colleagues and I would regularly buy our lunch here because it was convenient and healthy. Unfortunately, things have changed recently. The prices have gone up quite a bit, but at the same time, the portion sizes especially the proteins and key ingredients have noticeably decreased. It feels like we’re paying more for less, which is disappointing. in a short time a salad was $15.80, passed to around $16.80 and now you can pay $18.50 just for vegetables and just a little little bit of protein.

I understand that businesses face rising costs, but reducing the quality and value at the same time as increasing prices isn’t fair to loyal customers. I hope they reconsider this approach, because they used to be a great...

It was a terrible meal with very little greens and protein given by the waitress. Most of the time I want a medium bowl, but I can't get enough of it. Sometimes when they eat at noon, they sit in the same position as the waiters. They give their employees a very full meal, and there are a lot of them, and they throw away the rest if they can't finish it. This is an outrageous experience, and I was discriminated against for...
