Coffee Guru Crace — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

I have been here many times before. Came early morning. Coffee was really good. Hot and milk not burnt. Got egg and hash brown roll and I was impressed either way price and size. Kids pancakes was good size also. The place was busy for a Sunday but lots of accessibility to eat in. We spent $90 approx 2 egg and hash brown rolls Kids pancakes Breakfast burrito Wrap English breakfast tea Mocha Latte Flat white Green tea I found the guy to be taking our order to be a bit rude. I didn’t hear him say hello (as I’m deaf in one ear) and then I said to him ready when you are and he said I said hello For which I apologise and said I didn’t hear him. He was quite underlying irritable. Even ordering Vienna and he said no we don’t have that and it’s on the board. He was being yelled at by a lady to not split bills before our engagement. I don’t know as someone who deals with customers he could have been a bit nicer. You don’t know what people are going through (we had a death this am) and went to gather as a family at your shop. It was such an odd engagement. Anyway maybe an off day.

One of the worst coffees I continuously subjected myself to in the hope I would get a good one every now and then, I don't believe this is the staffs fault and luke who works there does a fantastic job - most of the reason i would return. I would encourage the owners to try some different beans or atleast try a coffee from a different local buisness (lagom - gunghalin / gang gang - downer) and taste the difference. I supported this business just about every second or third day from 2019 to a few days ago when we moved. I hope they are able to take on some frank but honest advice but seeing some replies...

Went in today sat for breakfast asked for poached eggs and salmon ,a flat white and waited for my order ,a young lady brings my coffee great very nice coffee then brings my order and tells me run out of salmon but hope you don't mind ham ,in my opinion wouldn't it be better to ask your customer after realising you had no salmon if the customer would accept ham rather than assuming it would be OK ,the meal was terrible and I have eaten here before but this will be the last time I don't usually do reviews but so disappointed with service and food had to...
