Was there last night for a pizza and pint deal. Pizza $15 and another $5 gets you a beverage, I got a pint of Guinness. Bottom line....Don’t go there for the pizza deal.......my pizza came out and all I could see was cheese, lots of cheese. It was supposed to be a meat lovers pizza but I got a steak pizza, I could just make out what looked like 4 pieces of steak on the pizza, the cheese was hiding everything else. Mind you I don’t think there was much else on the pizza beside the cheese.

There was 3 pizzas in our order and we left 2 whole pizzas behind. All 3 pizzas were the same.. lots of cheese and very little of other ingredients. It was a sloppy cheesy mess. Terrible. I’d hate to think what the rest of the “menu” is like.

To say we felt ripped off is an understatement. Big fist full of cheese and a pizza base doesn’t cost that much. Great business model. Big profit margin. Only one problem with that.. no repeat business. Best bit...

Walked in with my partner as it looked like a lovely venue, turned out to be everything but that. Food was cold and very poor quality, not cheap either. That didn’t compare to what we next encountered. My partner ordered a pint of lager, immediately something was not right about it, it smelt off and tasted awful. When bringing this up to the bar staff, they could not care less and did not want to help. Other than the the two of us that tried it, we had two other people that tried it and agreed it was awful. The bar staff, for some strange reason thought that a middy (less then half pint) was a sufficient replacement. We had strangers at the bar agreeing and they could not believe that they could not swap an awful tasting pint, for another pint. Awful experience, avoid at all costs, some of the rudest bar staff I’ve ever...

As a vegetarian was so excited for the Thursday night special, a parmigiana with a plant based option. BF was charged a la carte price, my dish came out as a schnitzel, feeling confused (and a bit duped) I asked the manager why wasn’t there Napoli and cheese, especially when paying full price. Pointed out the special’s page with the aforementioned plant based option to the manager, he just shrugged his shoulders like he’d heard it before and said the “website was wrong”, how is that my problem? No offer to refund the difference. Sent an email a month ago to the General Manager, no response from her either. Website has been changed since, don’t advertise something then tell your customers “too bad, you can’t have it”, The experience left a bad taste, won’t bother with this...
