Very dodgy place. Understandably most places are sold out during good Friday hours and we needed some chicken frames for passover. Anyway, they tried to sell us a box of frozen chicken frames for $40 (we have neither the space for all those frames, nor did we want to spend that much). Sounds very greedy and well they lost money from us, we went to Canings free range butcher (they have lots of locations and open till 5 on good friday) the one in Hawthorn was very friendly and sold us one chicken frame for $2,much better customer service. Suffice to say, we won't ever come here again.
EDIT:
As I clearly stated and which you clearly did not read, we were collecting chicken frames for PASSOVER! My husband is Jewish and I am technically Jewish from my mothers grandmothers side, so don't you dare accuse me of anti-semitism, when as I stated you were clearly trying to rip us off with a HUGE box of frames (which no domestic freezer has the capacity to store) and at that price! It would have gone to waste as we only needed 1-2.
We are aware you are a deli, but as most butchers were closed due to the easter holiday, we felt to try as many places as possible. How could it be seen as helping us, when we needed 1-2 frames and you are trying to sell us a huge box of frames we don't have the need, the space or the money for?
As a business, you should be taking on feedback or at least apologising for the poor customer service.
