I am Uber driver, I had order to collect from this cafe, however when I arrived the order have yet ready. That fine I were told to wait 5 min, than 5min pass and the order still not ready, I buy an ice coffee, why not while wait right. After 10 min I asked again and this time the server answered its not ready and you cannot keep asking. “We have button when it’s ready the kitchen will press the button and we know it’s ready. You can wait or if you don’t want to wait you can leave. That fine the next Uber driver will pickup”!! While she raise her voice to me. You should tell me earlier when I’m arrived don’t asked people to wait and rudely give feedback after 15min waited! You have bad day when customers are mad at you (I saw while waiting, the customer were angry with the same issue) and now you wanna mad at us who delivers your food for asking how long is the food will be ready!! 06/09/2020..2+ minute wait to place my takeaway coffee order + toasted roll... 10+ minute wait for said coffee.. additional 2+ minute wait for roll to be toasted.. combine this with extremely rude service and it equals a place that I would not recommend nor return to in the future... there's way too much competition in the area, you can't afford to be rude to customers, or place priority over Father's Day pick up orders over walk-in customers which is exactly what happened.. if the staff had told people there will be a slight delay, I'm sure we would all have been accommodating, however there was no explanation on the delays only a sarcastic rude snap back from the lady making...
