Half Naked — Restaurant in Melbourne

Really terrible experience here last night when out with a group of friends for drinks and food. We all ordered seportately one after another at the bar and each of my friends received their orders and had their plates cleaned away with no sign of the order I placed for me and my girlfriend. We asked twice if our order had been forgotten to just be told be patient and that it’s on its way, with no attempt to talk to the kitchen (it’s open plan we could see everything). Finally after watching many more meals leave the kitchen we asked a third time, the waitress was clearly getting bored of our questions which was making us uncomfortable and she finally decided to check with the kitchen. By this point the waitress was getting angry storming back into the kitchen going through all the order tickets in plain sight and it was clear our order had been lost. Instead of being honest we were again told to be patient it is on its way. By this point we were feeling frustrated that she wouldn’t just be honest, mistakes happen. I later then received my burger without my fries, and my girlfriend was still waiting for her food by the time I finished mine. We went up to the bar to complain and ask for a refund where we were met with the same extremely rude and hostile waitress who wasn’t apologetic and continued to lie about not forgetting our order. My girlfriends food arrived during this heated conversation and was a hot dog, not the burger we originally ordered. She was told in a raised voice to go back to her table and eat her food by the waitress who still refused to admit that the order was wrong. The whole situation was extremely frustrating and it was upsetting to be treated in such a way. All we were offered was a refund on the hot dog, which we didn’t even order. The food that did arrive for our friends was delicious, it’s a shame we do not feel welcome enough to come back after being treated in such a way. If you mess up somebody’s order just be honest, compensate and keep things light...

I visited this place with my friends, after the office. The place is conveniently located near to Footscray station and definitely easy to spot.

The place has a good vibe and the sitting arrangement is pretty nice.

Got some wine, wings and fries. The first glass of wine that I got was rancid, assuming the bottle was open for a really long time. The second glass of wine was alright as I could see a new bottle getting opened. As per food, the wings weren't good at all and my friends did order spicy mac and cheese which was just below average.

It's a nice place to go during happy hour with friends, The pool table is really cool and 50 cent chicken wings on Thursdays is another level. I can be totally wrong, my friends and I noticed a guy who was a friend of the staff or he was part of the staff, not sure, but this guy was looking for trouble with us, sat on our table and started to move things while we were playing pool table.
