the manager of this place is disgustingly rude. after ordering 3 classic roasts with chips (consists of chicken, chips, gravy and peas) and one with no peas, and having the order read back correctly i expected to get exactly what i ordered. this did not happen. after releasing once arriving home, i proceeded to go back to the store and requested for my food to be remade. he refused to fulfill my request after he had made the mistake. after a long and extended conversation, he agreed to make my food again. after arriving home the second time, i then realised that he never actually remade the food at all, but rather open the food i returned and dumped chips on the top of each. by doing this, the pumpkin, carrot and potato that i specifically ordered not to be included remained, but just had chips placed on the top. i called up and complained, rather annoyed i might add, for this was my third attempt to get the food that i had paid for. on the other end of the line, the manager of this store had told me that i never in fact ordered a classic roast with chips (when i know for a fact that i did for it was confirmed with me at drive through when it was read back to me) and he actually said "be happy i gave you free chips". Overall, the manager did not do his job correctly, proceeded to tell me that i never ordered what i did indeed, he didn't fulfill my request of having my food remade but rather lazily placed food on the top of it, and had the audacity to tell me to "be happy he gave me free chips". overall disgusted with the service of this store and the manager in particular. hope he gets fired. will not be returning to this store and will be informing many of my friends who were your valued customers. you've lost a once dedicated customer, and many more...

I go through drive through ordered my items paid for ithem and then when I was waiting I saw them prepping my order. I had a small potato and gravy and I could see that they had gravy. Only I mentioned to the guy in drive-through that they’ve done it wrong. He said no they have done it right and packed potato and gravy he said no it’s right. When I get home. It’s only gravy. I ring the manager and she tells me that I can come back and pick up a gravy potato and gravy which l live 15 minutes away or she’ll give me a free one when I come next time I never go to Red Rooster your customer service is appalling at Pascoe Vale Road. Strathmore Your manager is hopeless with solutions that don’t solve the problem when the customer has paid for their food and cold food I might add you really need to train your people on customer service and your managers need to know how to solve problems. I paid for an item that I didn’t get absolutely disgusting. I will never go to Red Rooster again. Ok either I am living in a alternative universe or RED ROOSTER actually has some of the best chicken I have had in recent times, the first time I tried red rooster I vowed never to set foot in that place again, no way I was going to have dried out microwave chicken again, but here we are they fliped the script on me, they done did some magic sh#t on me, you see I was late getting home a few weeks ago and my partner not knowing about my past experience with red rooster ordered some on menulog, she didn't bother to show me the package just plated it and sat it in front of me, I believe it was there honey chicken that sh*'t was tender and tasty so I just assumed my partner had gotten it from a restaurant, imagine my surprise when I found out it was RED ROOSTER!
