Appalling service. I was ripped off with a 2 for 1 deal and only 1 item arrived. Spoke to the manager and he could not provide a solution other than I order more to receive what I had already paid for.

In response to below: The solutions offered were : Customer comes to the business to pick up order they have paid delivery for Customer pays for another item plus delivery.

The manager was suggested by customer that the solution is this: deliver the item that the customer has paid for via Uber.

Manager dismissed this, he was happy for his customer to be put out financially but was not prepared to easily rectify the problem.The phone call ended with the manager hanging up

Consider this.. Q. The customer has not been delivered what they paid for. How is this rectifiable? A. Deliver the food to the customer

Ordered ahead thinking it’d be ready by the time I arrived. Drove 15 minutes and still ended up waiting another 20 once I got there.

The food looked alright in the box but didn’t deliver on taste. The burgers were average at best – ingredients didn’t seem fresh, and the sauce was either too much or barely there. The fried chicken burger was way over-seasoned and cooked to the point it was dry.

Wings were drowning in sauce and also overcooked which made them super messy and unappetising. The chips were way overcooked – most likely double fried for “freshness” but ended up being hard and oily.

Honestly expected better for a 4⭐️+...

It's about what you get. And the time of day. You line those up right and you'll be eating real good. A little on the costly side compared to a couple other options around but personally worth the taste. Personal favourite is the burrito. Good value, great taste. Usually order online for pickup, website always says pickup in 15 but usually they're done in 5-10. As mentioned, depending on the time. If you rock up and they're cooking 3 different people's food, expect to wait a little longer.

Overall, I've had a large amount more positive experiences than negative. Great food, nice...
