For over 10 years of living in Melbs I've admired the hanging oranges, but I have only been coming in for about 6 months. I get the big breaky and a smoothee. I'm guessing by the speed of service that much of their items are pre-made, which is convenient for the kitchen, but today my food came out waaay underdone. Toast was bread, eggs practically raw (whites like snot) bacon barely warmed .... (microwave?) I ate what I could and took my plate back inside because seagulls were circling and I said: that was all under cooked. Blank stares. I said it again with different words. The girl casually said oh, ok, sorry. That's it. I wasn't expecting anything, nor did I demand anything, but I feel the customer service could have been a bit more interested. I guess after taking my money, they're not really concerned whether I ate it or not. Also, I'm sure they're not crying about having lost a customer, but I hope they can improve their customer service and stop serving sloppy undercooked food. Having experienced the same drink at a different Tropicana branch, I was pleasantly surprised by the distinct difference in flavour and texture. Let me start by saying the first time I dined in, the service was great and the staff was very kind. However, that was on a weekday morning and I most likely interacted with the owners.

When I went in tonight at 7:38, nearly 1 hour prior to their listed closing time, the two young men working said that they could not make me anything as they were closing in 5 minutes. I told them that per google they close at 8:30 and they said that their boss had not updated the times. I offered to pay extra and mind you, my order was not large and only consisted of one bowl, but they said no because they had already washed everything.
