Jasmine Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in New South Wales

Absolutly pathetic customer service. Said they would deliver in 45 minutes after an hour and 40 minutes later we call to be told that we weren't home when they delivered, we were sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting then she tries to argue with me that i didny answer and have a white door, my door is NOT white yet she wouldn't admit she went to the wrong house even said she called yet had no phone call... She then said she would re- deliver so the wait begun again! 2 hours and 15 minutes later I call back and ask why its still not delivered only to be told they are busy and have other customers they are cooking for i reply with "I have been waiting two hours and 15 minutes and your telling me other customers are more important and i still have to wait" What an absolute JOKE! Never again will i ever order from them. They cannot admit they made a mistake and have no desire to re-deliver and to top it off were highly rude!!!!!!! I would not even give...

Are you kidding me. This place calls itself a Chines Restaurant. I spent $55 on crap. Black Bean was horrid, honestly it smelled like ammonia. Honey Chicken was soggy. San Choy Bau, well the lettuce was the highlight there. Special fried rice - nothing special. Wonton/Short Soup well the Cantonese translation is sometimes written as "swallowing clouds". The Broth tasted like dishwater and the Wontons were inedible. I hope Food Standards Australia get around to checking this place out, soon. Why is it so hard to find a good Chinese restaurant in the Illawarra? Windang Bowling club made awesome Wonton Soup last time we went there and they are not even Chinese. Sorry if this Review sounds so Bad, but everyone who tasted the food did just that tasted. No one...

I've been going to this restaurant for 20 years or more with my Family. When the previous owners were operating it. First time today with these owners as I've moved to mid west nsw. I thought today we would go for lunch. My Daughter recieved her meal, Satay Combination with a side of washing up brush. Took it to the kitchen, Cook could not care less, didn't replace the meal. We left it on the table not touched but still had to pay for it. The meal i bought was Chicken Chow Mein, the size was on a small bread and butter plate. And what, no noodles on the meal, had to buy separate, I won't ever return here again. When paying the women got very upset trying to sort out our payment and answering a phone call. Gee this place has changed...
