Beansolicious — Restaurant in Nuriootpa

Took 5 minutes for a homade soup fresh made from a pot!! In minutes my small flat white was ready, I wasn't the only person in the shop, so this is record speed!! All the staff were super nice to me and told me to enjoy my stay!! The barista, was a young girl and her coffess are just so good! Everyone showed love and compassion!! Love you Beansolicious!!

Edit, a couple days later. I spoke to a staff member about my experience, she said "I'm glad you enjoyed it, we enjoy having you here!" This filled my heart with much love, but before I walked out feeling happier than ever, I told her a great story about a girl I once knew, Lizzy Grant, she would tell me, "You may have bad days, one after another, but one person can brighten your mood and everything is fixed. Be this person!!" This young lady told me, "Thats a great story! It will make such a difference in peoples lives!" I left the shop and told my friends about his cafe!! Watch out Cim, you're about to have a whole bunch of new customers!

P.S. I love the idea of you making dog treats and donating the proftis!! Your staff members put up with so much barking from rude customers and I don't know how they do it tbh. Have a nice day Cim, Love You xx.

Another P.S. I actually counted 1 minute and 31 seconds, for my coffee to come out, one of the best I've had! I've seen children running around the place, must be the amazing food and hot chocolates attracting them!

UPDATE: I've since been many times to this amazing cafe!!! Sadly my favourite worker has since left but Cim told me a wonderful message about her. This just made me think, woah!!! Cim and all these workers have such good advice and me makes me think how could one leave this place?? I love all the food and coffee so much I've considered applying to work here. Cim and all his workers are such pleasant souls. Cim, I don't know how you do such an amazing job running this place but you're the reason the Catholic church praise this town so much!! I'm more than surprised you haven't branched out and made more businesses. You have such unique ideas!!! (I know a friend in Titled Towers looking to add an ice cream business 👀👀) Cim, I don't think I'll ever stop coming here!! I'm telling you reader, yes you, he is a GENIUS for creating this place. He is so so so so so smart and I can't get over the fact that you are a great person and run a great business. Service was terrible. Honestly the worst I've ever had at a cafe. Multiple staff members were rude and argumentative with me. Ordered a cappuccino with no chocolate. Staff member huffed and told me that is a latte (no it isn't but I didn't say anything). Ordered a smoothie without banana. Saw staff put a banana in it. i asked whether that was mine because I had asked for no banana as I have a food allergy. One staff member told me no I didn't. The other staff member verbally abused me saying "why would I have asked whether or had banana if I had ordered it without banana" (obviously because I have a food allergy and have to be careful) and then asked "why didn't you say anything when you saw her making the smoothie?" (Because it could've been a different order, among many other reasons). Was then berated by staff member who accused me of "setting them up to fail". Staff member who was the rudest and just vocal was in the midst of training a new staff member. All verbal abuse was loud enough for everyone in the cafe to hear. I was appalled and embarrassed. Not only was this terrible service, but actually could be dangerous if staff are unwilling to accommodate allergies. Fortunately, I have the capacity to advocate for myself, unlike many others. I cannot in good faith recommend anything...

Service was absolutely terrible. Never coming back.

I ordered a burger. All ingredients were listed on the menu. I requested to have two of them removed: beetroot and onion relish.

When my order came out, it was covered with relish. I went up to the counter and kindly informed the staff I ordered a burger without it. Two of the younger staff members snickered, the lady in charge walks up to me and says “That’s tomato sauce, not relish.” When I told her I could not eat it, she rolled her eyes and said in a rude tone “Now I have to make another one. For your information, this is tomato sauce. Not relish.”

When the meal was finally re-made, the staff member in charge continued to educate me on the matter. I informed her that the ingredients list did not list ‘tomato sauce’. She rudely responds “All burgers have tomato sauce. It doesn’t need to be listed. Just like the tzatziki wraps have tzatziki dressing. It’s common sense.”
