Absolutely a waste of your time. slow service bad coffee. Firstly your staff are unorganized. watching your 3 staff doing one thing and taking a 20 minutes is extremely painful. Your barista decided to start playing with the coffee machine or did he not know how to use it, in the middle of service. he wasted a lot of your coffee. the young lady waitress tried to hold it all together by doing everything. whilst one of your boys has been there way too long to actually care about anything. I waited and waited and waited for my coffee, you had 2 tables. I asked where it was and was attacked by your staff then given a cold coffee for punishment. The young man that leads the coffee shop shame on you for being so unprofessional and not leading your team. however thought it was ok to complain to the chef about me loudly. you are not the only coffee shop in town and your poor very slow arrogant service is not good enough. people are starting to notice. your lucky the oldies shop locally as they don't have a choice but to put up with your bad service bad bad attitudes. others are fortunate enough never to come back. your the most unorganized slow serving coffee shop in bundaberg. nothing to...
