Rude service and no manners from the service lady after wrongly accusing me of jumping the queue on 9th July Sunday lunch time. There was a crowd of people still deciding to order and no line has formed. The service lady asked if anyone was ready to order so a few of us went forward. I was second in the line now but the service lady accused me not lining up and pointedly told me to line up from behind. I was so confused and not sure what I did wrong. The person behind me even told her that I was there before him. One would think that an apology would be forthcoming immediately but none received. They got our order wrong and then proceeded to blame us/said that we ordered wrong. They were incredibly rude and unreasonable. Looking at other reviews, it seems like this terribly unprofessional attitude towards customers has now become a recurring trend for this store.

However, if anything could say much, it would be this raw piece of steamed chicken that came with my meal. It'd say, CLUCK CLUCK CLUCK CHICKEN PINK IN YOUR AREA. The Tom Yum with prawns was not bad but not the best for the price.
Also the person who took the order was insipid? Not asking for open arms but meh. Upside tho, I was fully refunded for the meal with no apology at the side. But again, not expecting open arms just expected cooked...
