I’ve been coming to this pizza shop in Lidcombe for the past six years on a weekly basis—sometimes more. Recently, the place changed hands, and the difference has been remarkable. The new owner clearly takes immense pride in his work, constantly striving to improve his pizzas and refine his craft.

What truly sets this place apart now is the freshness of the ingredients. The pizzas were always good, but now they’re elevated by that unmistakable taste of freshness. Every bite feels more vibrant and flavorful than before. It’s clear the new owner is putting real effort into ensuring the quality of his pizzas is as high as possible.

The best part? The prices remain very reasonable, especially considering the noticeable improvement in quality. In my view, this is one of the best pizzas in Sydney—if not the best. It’s impressive to see someone so dedicated to perfecting their product. I sincerely hope the owner continues on this path, because it’s truly paying off.

Highly...

The good record with this place might hit a bump for me at the moment, the pizza was a little bit too chared on the bottom, little bit dissapointed, but will try again too see if it would go down from here or it rises back to the top? Update: Was going to have a diet last night but we end up craving pizza, oh well. We ordered garlic cheese, peri peri chicken, and cheese volcano (yep, it is what it sounds like). We got our food back, but the cheese volcano was obviously burnt on the top, we sent it back and they were nice enough to replace it (im quite passive when it comes to sending food back), but it is still worth 5/5 since the garlic cheese (my favorite underrated pizza) was so good, we always had it ubereat to our place but damn i forgot how better it tasted when it was hot in a cold night. Peri was great and volcano (surprisingly) not my type but my partner's favorite. So all in all, 5/5 and it did...

This place used to be great, generous with toppings etc. Hadn't been here in a while but when I visited I noticed all the staff had changed. What really worried me was that both the person who took my order and the person who cooked it had to look at the menu to decide what to put on the Manoush. The sujuk and veggie that used to be quite good is now 30% of what it used to be. Yes I mistook those red bits in my photo for chilli but it was actually the equivalent of one slice of sujuk they had finely minced and then spread over the pizza to meet the definition of 'sujuk'.

Yes Sujuk.. SINGULAR. Not plural. (Prior to the new stingy operators it used to be at least 8 or 10 slices of sujuk per pizza). The new version was just OK but it had 30% of what the toppings used to be. When you become stingy with toppings and increase prices you will only lose...

We recently tried this popular place near Lidcombe station for quick lunch and were not disappointed. We ordered a few of their manoushes and love their taste and thin, crispy texture. The highlights were the sujuk and egg manoush and the garlic and cheese manoush. We would be back to try their pide and other menu items in the future. The place decor is minimalist since most customers order for take-away; however the service from staff members were reasonably good. Prices of most items are good value for money and you can pay by credit cards with no surcharge (including AMEX) which is a huge plus on customer services for me. This place is very popular with food delivery riders e.g. UberEats, Menulog, etc.

Lidcombe Manoush is definitely a top flight. Pizzas are delicious, young in charge Julian is a super friendly and professional chef owner operator, who quickly tour me their magic prep area, cool room and kitchen. Everything has a home. Vegetables are fresh and some are pricy (Roma tomatoes are being used for vegetarian recipes). Sauces are freshly made with heart. Raw meat toppings are super well marinated and preserved. Julian even reminded me not to bagged the takeaways or they would go soggy. Top quality top service all come from a well organised shop. Will visit it again(2visits today alone) Ronald S
