been there a few times, no objection to serving size or food quality, generally as expected for a fast food place. but tonight got a combonation fried rice that had pork in it that was clearly undercooked to the point where it still smelled raw. that in itself wouldnt have been a problem if they had just replaced it, instead i had to argue with a little lady who clearly didnt understand that when i said 'the pork is no good, its off or raw' took it to mean i didnt want pork. and started to have a go at me for eating any. i did try to explain that i often eat the sliced pork just by itself. she then went on to give me a dumbfounded look and kept repeating 'sliced pork??' as tho she didnt know what it was, very bad customer service attitude by her. front counter service girl was fine, they should probably take lessons from her. or just let her handle complaints.
