Sharetea Stanhope Village — Restaurant in Sydney

Worst customer service experience, Drink didn’t taste right, mini pearls were frozen and rock hard. Every other sharetea can do their pearls right without it being hard and powdery.

Male worker was going to remake the drink and the senior female worker takes over and proceeds to tell me that they won’t be remaking the drink and that these are the “new products”. This went on for a good few minutes then I asked for the drink to be remade without the disgusting pearls.

Then I was met with death stares the whole time she was making the drink. Only to have it dumped on the table as she walked away.

Easily fixable issue if they just remade the drink and let me be on my way but instead that staff had to blow it out of proportion. For that I will not be coming back or recommending any of my local friends to purchase at...

I ordered a mango smoothie and the milk had curdled and it tasted funny. I took it back but the owner kept insisting that it was okay even the staff agreed the milk look curdled. To prove me wrong he tasted himself! Loser! I didn’t even bother ask for any refund or replacement!

I had truly uncomfortable experience there because of a rude Chinese staff member(It is not racism, I asked his name to lodge a complaint but he didn't let me know his name). He made many mistakes including giving me milk teas that I didn't ordered and he was even yelling at me, he didn't express any apologies. He didn't give me the right milk teas that I ordered to the end, though I paid for two milk teas already. Worst customer service!...
