KFC Nambucca Heads — Restaurant in Valla

[Update June 2018] Nambucca KFC cleary has taken feedback and has started to change there ways fantastic service great food in non peak times everything is being run smoothly staff are really understanding orders have been correct hot and fresh and some of the best KFC I’ve ever had Stacy what ever your doing keep it up glad this review hasn’t gone unnoticed outstanding response big changes over 4 months and it shows in the food and service.

Ok so again another KFC with terrible service this is the less of your worries the oil is close to being off 9/10 the same problem Coffs south has Nambucca has it 10x as bad the over salty chips can be ok to get down but the yellow/dark brown oil is something your going to regret the next day

Unless the manager (Stacy) is on I’m pre sure stacy is a ex manager of Kempsey KFC which has hand down some of the best KFC in this country and service was outstanding when Stacy was running it

staff don’t know much about customer service and if you have a issue it’s not there fault there never wrong

Service is slow

orders normally don’t go by order so you can wait up to 25mins because there pushing other people’s orders through and not yours

orders can be missing items... ie sauces,chicken,wipes heck even the bag hey who needs a bag for there food bags are so 2017

burnt original recipe chicken yep not even sure how that’s possible but correct had this happen many of times at Nambucca now

Overall stay well alway unfortunately this KFC is not up to standard and is quite a mess but most of these problems ie dirty oil, long waits, missing food and the chips are not salty as hell all of this doesn’t happen when Stacy is on and managing the store so something to think about hopefully something can be done in the future...

One of the worst Kfc's I have been to multiple times have forgotten my large potato and gravy when I've ordered extra with my family meals and chips cold and disgusting on multiple occasions chicken is dry and stringing on multiple occasions also heard manages abuse the young teenage stuff multiple times from within the service centre it self also Have found hair in my chicken due to not having hairnets on. I have also had the wrong meals given to us on multiple occasions also never receive serviettes spoons or sauces and on multiple occasions. The state of Kfc it self is disgusting the floor is always dirty and never looks clean front counter each time I've been in there have not been wiped down. The manager that goes by the name of mild is a rude incompetent employee who I have heard personally swearing and abusing staff members in front of multiple customers while I was standing there waiting on my order and then proceeded to call me as a female sir. Multiple times not seen wearing masks in kitchen area acting inappropriate around the counter also when this manager mild had been on. Also I have not received my coleslaw and my drinks at the pay window where I'm supposed to and I've had to walk into store to receive my drinks and coleslaw because they have been forgotten.

Would not recommend to my worse enemy to eat there highly...

An absolute disgrace.

We waited in line for close to 25 minutes for 2 meal boxes. By the time our teenagers ordered and ate their McDonald’s we were still waiting for ours at KFC.

The staff were obviously under pressure and understaffed, but it was just your average Tuesday (26/2/24) as we were passing through on our way home to Brisbane after a quick trip to Sydney.

The feed was average at best, the tenders were lukewarm and tough while the chips were soggy. The best part of my meal was the potato and gravy and the supercharged sauce.

Next time we will just go into town and find a local cafe who have to staff available to have lunch and support a small local place rather than a large chain who don’t seem to care about the quality of the food they provide or...
