Food Seduction on Doveton — Restaurant in Victoria

Attended a surprise afternoon tea at Food Seduction on Doveton in June 2022. The atmosphere and layout were very relaxed and conducive to a special afternoon. The Greek Hamburger ... what can I say? The spice combination in the burger along with the dressing with the burger salad ... amazing, delicious, wonderful ... my first visit and will not be my last. The coffee was pretty good too. Sadly this place has nose dived since my last visit!

While the staff are still super lovely, the food was barely ok and the owner/cook prepared and served my food with nicotine stained fingers!

I bought the ‘Special’ which was a $10 hotdog. It was barely cooked through, and the toasted roll was very dry.

There has been a lot of work done to the toilets, but they are still hard to get to…

I also had to ask about my hot drink after waiting 25mins

Lovely people, but wrong...

I ordered ahead of time and although there was only 2 other patrons in the cafe, still had to wait 20 minutes for 2 coffees and a bacon and egg toasted sandwich. I didn't try either until I got home, or I would have given them back; it was potentially the worst coffee I've had in Ballarat and the toastie tasted of burnt oil, not pleasant.
