I was tempted to leave a 2 star rating, but it’s not fair to the food because it is good. Greeted by a tall gentlemen, very up beat and friendly - one star. Took my order, I was short .30 cents he waved it. As a business owner, it was the right call, if you can’t trust your employees to make a good business judgement call, you’ve got big problems. - Second star Food is yummy - third star. My food was take away order, I drove off and realised my Chipolte sauce was not in the bag, I turn around and go back, find parking again, I ordered the pumpkin chips and the gentlemen upsold me on zucchini chips as well. So I want the sauce. This time I’m greeting by a woman who discarded my allegations of not getting what I ordered, she points to the receipt to show me she’s right and I’m WRONG. Loss of a star, customers never wrong , when will Australians in these types of businesses get that through there heads. We begin to argue, for a dollar retail !! .30 cost. She says will put an end to this and I’ll get the guy who served you. So now I’m a liar loss of - fifth star. The gentlemen comes over and apologises for the mix up hands me the sauce with a smile. The woman doesn’t apologise to me. Here’s the dilemma with the two Star conundrum . I’m my opinion your FIRED !! Dmaybe a bit harsh but I’m willing to bet she sees nothing wrong with her actions. Can’t teach thick people. They just don’t get what should be commonsense. For .30 cents I’m upset, after paying $13.00 bucks for a hamburger all this grief for .30 cents. Me having to drive back, my time means nothing to her. She should either go back to hospitality school or do something where she doesn’t have to deal with customers, employees like that...
Read morePlaced an early order to beat the rush and asked for vegan cheese. Took the order home and it had regular cheese. Tried calling 20 times with no answer. Returned and the nice server passed me to the manager. I explained and as the wait was now 20 minutes I asked not to go in the queue. Waited and waited and waited. Eventually I spoke to the manager and he called to the cook to prepare my burger! Just then someone from the restaurant said my burger is wrong and they started remaking it straight away! That is what should have happened to my order. To say I’m annoyed s an understatement. The manager also used his phone wearing gloves and went straight back to touching everyone’s food. This is not the first time the vegan cheese has been mixed up. I have never seen this manager before and I appreciate the very busy night but get your act together and consider hygiene! I will not...
Read moreOne of the dishes that my group had was the Wild Wild West without avocado and that burger was a solis 8/10 with well cooked beef, melted cheese, crunchy lettuce as well as with each burger you get to choose between 3 different types of buns. The Zen Hen is a tasty burger with grilled chicken, with many healthy salads like carrot, lettuce, tomato and onion. The Wagyu Wunder was delicious and juicy, but it was as not as good as the other times and it was slightly cold. The kids Cheese burger is also a good size for kids and will please your child’s stomach. Finally, the dynamic beef is like the kids Cheese burger but for kids who want salad and want be just a bit more healthy. The cheeseburger and the Dynamic Beef both have chips to come with it. The service was alright though the Zucchini chips that we also ordered came 5 minutes after all of the...
