Arrived at 14.15. Waited 15 mins in the Gastgarten, but nobody came to serve us. Went inside and was told that there was no outdoor service today (no signs to that effect) and that anyway we couldn't order food anymore, only drinks (even though they advertise being open and serving hot food till 16.00). The person serving was very unfriendly and not at all apologetic. Very good food, not very much choice, though. A bit pricey. Portions are quite small, on my opinion. What is definitely missing - a kind of 'greeting from the kitchen', something like a smal variety of spreads for bread which is served first. This would really give a touch of class.
