Did not expect such customer service from a country like Austria. This is downright shameful! If the service staff are local, then, shame on you all! You have disgraced your country for giving such horrendous service to tourists. I feel that it's either you people are racists towards foreigners or simply the staff are not properly trained. Visited the shop today feeling tired after a day out touring and faced with such bad service. The service staff at the cashier counter seems young maybe a student, I don't know. She was downright rude! I would have questioned her for her bad attitude or maybe thrown my purchases right into her face, that's how appalled I felt! The cash desk service lady, do not look at you or say anything. When I took out my card to pay she don't mention how much and where is the card machine. Finally I found it she just say in front without looking at me. After paying she point to the service table for us to put the tray there. No smile, no thank you, piss face. The atmosphere she created is very unpleasant. We came at around 6pm 14th August. We came in the morning same day however we found the pastry is delicious and the cash desk lady is smiling and very pleasant. Was in a hurry, ended up eating here because other places were closed or too expensive for my taste.

Prime location ensures places is busy but for me that was probably the main reason why this place is worth visiting.

Food options for breakfast I would say are sufficient enough but nothing more. A few options suitable for vegans available as well.

Coffee as average as it can get.

Service - bare minimum aka take your stuff and leave.

If you don't have any alternatives, better than street food or kebab, otherwise keep your expectations low / enjoy...
