Wir haben im Rahmen eines Workshops im Haus zwei Mal hier Mittaggegessen. Leider war das Essen beide Male lauwarm bis kalt und die Portionen waren selbst für eine kleinere Person nicht wirklich ausreichend. Die vegetarische Option war zumindest am zweiten Tag geschmacklich okay, auf Ausgewogenheit (null Eiweiß) wurde aber an beiden Tagen gar nicht geachtet. Obwohl ich extrem wenig Salz esse, musste ich alles nachsalzen, was dann aber immer noch nicht so schmeckt wie korrekt gewürzt beim Kochen.
