Swing Kitchen — Restaurant in Vienna

We came across this place by total accident. No reviews, no recommendations, just walked in after knowing that it was a place where we could get vegetarian food. We had a Chili Burger combo, a Kitchen wrap and a Basil-Lemon dip. Since this was just random walk-in for us, we were surprised at how good the food was. The burger was moist, had a good crunch from the veggies and ample heat from the loaded Jalapenos. The soft drink refills were good. Loved the choice. The fries were crisp and had a great bite and combined with the dip, tasted heavenly. This experience was very different from the vegan options you find in McD or BK. The staff was also very friendly and spoke English. The place was clean, quiet and had a wonderful modern ambience. Not very expensive and definitely healthier burgers than other mainstream fast...

Unfortunately not a spot to go anymore. The food lost its spark and went a bit too generic, just “vegan”, or as they call it plant based now. The issues of environmentalism and animal rights went out the window with the new management. The service is trying their best and kindly educating on the vegan vs plant based issue. But the worst part is the upper managements treatment of workers, their rights. The respect is lost on the most important people in a business, the people who keep your business open. The food itself was AMAZING! Fantastic crunchy on the outside, juicy in the inside sweet potato fries, amazing hash brown wrap and a wide variety of beverages. I really enjoyed myself. The menu is mostly in english, so this place is great for foreigners. I was also pleasantly surprised by a self-service kiosk. However, what I find extremely hypocritical, is that this establishment boasts about being ecofriendly, all the while offering only single use cutlery and plastic containers for dips. Most of the food is also wrapped in paper, even though it would be just fine on a plate. I had no issues with cleanliness and I hope I'll get to to visit again soon. :) Love...
