SLOWEST "FAST FOOD" EVER. I waited 40 minutes to pick up a single meal deal (sandwich, thigh, fries, drink).
Unbelievably slow and inefficient service. With customers queuing all the way out the door to order they had only 1 cashier taking orders, and 2 to 3 servers preparing only 1 order at a time between them. Most of the time the team preparing were idling waiting for the kitchen to finish one of the order items, instead of preparing other orders which had all the items sitting ready on the shelves - no parallel processing whatsoever. Super sluggish sequential process constantly blocked up, and no initiative taken by staff or managers to work through orders more efficiently. Too many people just standing around and being very unresponsive and unavailable to customers. Not what I expect of a "fast food" operation worth that description. Just an awful customer experience, and clear this franchisee does not care about it at all. I've never seen such slow service in all the KFCs in any other country, but in Barbados, it's all of them.
I ordered online to pick up while waiting in the queue to order, and no signage in-store or instructions on the website told me that I needed to skip to the front of the queue to tell the cashier that I was here to pickup before they would actually even start preparing my order. I waited 15 minutes like the website told me to for my order to be ready to pickup. 15 minutes went by, I asked the servers about my order, they looked blank and said nothing - they just ignored me. After another 10 minutes a new server arrived and finally told me that I needed to go straight to the cashier. I do this, they then need my full name, and the last 4 digits of the payment card (which isn't on the order receipt and can be a challenge to get right if you have many online payment cards). [Why can't they just have a button on the order page that says "I'm here and ready to collect" which automatically does what the cashier is manually doing? (Which is authenticating that I am authorised to pickup by whomever placed the order). If the customer could do this from the website it would obviously be authenticated because it's happening on the same webpage and session used to make the order. And it would also keep (the only on-duty) cashier available to take new walk-in customer orders, instead of wasting their precious time on doing something that could be done by a better designed system. And if not by the system, at least by a dedicated pick-up cashier. (Otherwise everyone could just queue jump by ordering online and skipping to the front of the queue straight away.)
By the time the cashier confirmed my pickup order I then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to bag up my order with items that were all lying on the shelves the entire 40 minutes I'd been there since ordering. Needless to say the chicken thigh was dry and far from fresh by the time I could eat it.
Just such a disappointing experience, especially given we all know that other KFC operations in other countries just run so much more efficiently by managing processes in a much more sensible way. This operation is just very disorganised and ineffective m, and doesn't seem at all interested in pleasing customers. Such a shame. You're asking for a competitor to come along and treat these customers better - the way they deserve...

Waited in line for the cashier to appear, no one was at the point of sale machine when i came in, only the hostess, packing some orders which were on the screen. Four persons were ahead of me, the cashier finally came about ten minutes later, along with the manager, no apologies given to the customers for the wait. Eventually got to place my order; 3 piece meal with extra biscuit, no drum stick. Cashier said to me I can't have it without drumstick, as drumstick is part of he package, therefore I would have to pay for the specific pieces separately. That ok with me, so I got the order, which is 1 breast, 1 thigh, I rib, medium fries, 2 biscuits and a medium Fanta. The bill is $43:15. I pay via my card. Got my order in about 5 five minutes, open my box, the thigh small, the breast small, the rib decent size. Told the Hostess I am not happy with the size of the breast or thigh, she says all the chicken small but she gave me the biggest breast she had. Ask for the manager, who came after a few minutes, I told her how I felt, no understand that a breast is nine dollars and a thigh eight dollars and change. I told her bluntly I am not paying nine dollars and eight dollars for that breast and thigh. I asked her to place if I can't have an extra piece, to which she replied, no, because if she does that for me, then she has to do it for all the other customers. So I asked for a refund, because to pay almost forty five dollars for those small pieces of chicken is frigging robbery. Management of KFC, you have to do better, let your suppliers know what size (In weiight) your hikers has to be, so your customers can get value for money, this was not value for money, on top of that your cashier has no damn manners, she behaves like the customers are beggars, remind her, that without the customers her wages will not be generated, treat your customers better. Fix your service, fix your food sizes, fis your sanitation, as the dining room needed brushing up and the tables needed...

I ordered kfc from warrens on Thursday and a part of my order was not delivered I proceeded to call back the brand and the person who answered the phone asked if I wanted the item delivered now or another time I stated I wanted it now waited waited and called back with no outcome.Today I ordered again and asked about the missing item and called back warrens branch and asked to speak to a manager and a miss Nile’s answered and with a whole attitude and disrespectful approach no alternative option was given to the situation . I then called back the delivery hotline and explained what happened and then they put me to recall the branch and I got no response ! This it utterly ridiculous bra cause at the end of the day I paid online and you guys received your money and I have no received what I have paid for and the manager who is supposed to know better has no sense of customer service or knows how to speak to people I would like back my money at this point cause this is utterly unacceptable poor poor customer service and not know long how to resolve in store mistakes of...
