We enjoyed a Belizian breakfast, coffee and delightful conversation. The fried jacks were the best we've had on the island so far. The chef said it's the flour he uses but I think he just has the midas touch!

The eggs were cooked over easy to complete perfection and the bacon was the same...perfect! We were offered the chef's special habenero "hot sauce" which I happily gobbled up. Yum!

We were staying at a hotel down the road and had heard about this place and decided to grab some takeout. We asked the owner for several suggestions, since it all sounded good, and decided on a chicken and rice dish. He also suggested a special fish and seafood dish but it seemed overpriced compared to other options so hence the local special. It was a good choice, no regrets. There were so many great meals had while visiting I wouldn't say it my favorite but that by no means would dissuade me from coming back and trying something else. Ya'll if you are looking for 100% amazing food and a great experience from a local spot .... well check this little deli out. It is 100% more then what you think. I am a vegan and my friend are not.
