I placed my lunch order through their website and went to pick it up. They had received it, but weren’t sure at first because it came through their own site instead of one of the third-party platforms they usually use (like Uber Eats or Skip). Google shows different opening hours, and there are no hours listed on their website, which made things a bit confusing. The place was empty when I arrived. There is space to eat in, and a few people came in to grab items from the bakery display cabinet while I waited. Despite the initial mix-up, I decided to hang around and try a few things. I had the butter chicken empanada and the BBQ pork bun—both were piping hot, delicious, and worth the wait. By the time my actual lunch was ready, I wasn’t very hungry anymore, but I still had a few bites of the Nashville Chicken. The chips were warm, the chicken was crunchy and moist—not that spicy to me, but still really tasty. All in all, great food and friendly staff who were very apologetic and made a real effort to fix the issue. PS the "4-piece bird box" really is four pieces. I ate half of a tender before I remembered to take a photo.

Update I later had the drumstick and unfortunately, it was undercooked — red and raw inside. I sent them a message to let them know. Thankfully, they responded promptly, acknowledged the issue, and assured me they’re taking steps to make it right. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to address it. I am SO glad I found this place! When I first started coming there their selection was small, but now they’re starting to offer a wider variety and more authentic Filipino baked goods. And honestly one time I tried this sweet, soft, creamy, pistachio roll/cake (I think it was a Sans Rival roll/cake) and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since!! Best thing I’ve ever tasted. Same with this rice cake with a caramel/coconut cream paste on top (Bibingka). I really hope she makes more of them. I’m excited to go back and try even more things! The BBQ Pork Buns, the Ham & Cheese Buns, and the Blueberry “twisty buns” are so well made, they taste better than you thought those items ever could. The place is nice & clean, the people are very nice, and the prices are perfect. OMG!!! Everyone quick…. get your butts over to Galen Bakery and bring all your friends and family with you!!!! These are an absolute must try!!!!!! My friend and I got emotional taking bites from this perfection of a bun….could have been the spice haha jk lol I always get the pepperoni ones which are next level but it was suggested to try top wt honey, chilli flakes and sprinkled cayenne for a finisher? Dude….
