bought a cake for my son's 10th birthday. ordered a 1/4 slab soccer cake with ronaldo's jersey picture on it in mango flavour...held my son's party at woodbine fantasy fair in etobicoke with his friends. we cut his cake and to our surprise, there was no mango flavor to it. just tasted like a drab piece of cake, like it was half baked, with no fruit taste to it. went back the next day to complain that this is not what we ordered. they charged me $100.00 for a slab cake, that had a fondant jersey on it. I told them how upset we were, spending that much money and not getting what we expected. I was in their Cafe for almost an hour waiting for them to help me out, give me some kind of consession for it, my son was also with me, feeling so sad about his birthday cake. finally after that much time n calling the manager a few times, they told me ok we will give u a few items from our menu, as consession for the cake..my son's are 11 and just turned 10, so I said ok then let's have 4 veggie wraps and we will try the noodle burger, and a masala chai. this came to about $60- something, but the attendant stopped me there and told us that this was way too much, we came give 2 wraps and then 2 more we will give 50% discount. Spend more money where I already wasted $100.00?? then i felt defeated so i told them ok them we willl take the wraps and go. my son and i sat in the cafe for 5mins, 10mins, then i asked what taking so long, how much longer do we have to wait? they said 15-20 mins more. i was like what??? for 2 wraps?????i just couldnt believe it. Rajdhani has an excellent reputation for good quality service and food, so all this really shocked me. I was so frustrated at this point, I just told them forget it, and went and spoke to a manager over at the main restaurant right away. She called the Cafe and asked what happened, and they told her over the phone that the wraps were ready...I was just there 5 mins ago, and the staff told me 15-20mins...how did it get done so quickly? were they trying to irritate me more by taking their time?? Again Rajdhani has a great reputation...if there's a problem with anything with the customer, in any customer service industry, all efforts should be genuinely made, to have that customer come back. very...

On July 14 i went to get a cake for my mom’s birthday since my mom is a vegetarian i got the eggless mango cake and when i got home and cut the cake we found mold at the bottom i immediately called them they did offer for me to come and get a cake replacement but i am at ching and wanless it wasn’t feasible since it was already 8:30 pm i sent them pics of the cake the next day i went to see them the boy at the counter called his boss several times and then they answered he offered a full refund. I asked him how long the cake had been sitting there and he had no answers i even told them what if someone had gotten ill due to their negligence and that i was lucky that i saw it before the kids ate the cake.
