This place is AMAZING!! The food tastes GREAT! The ambience is pleasant and the service is OUT OF THE WORLD! We tried this place out of curiosity and desperation, after years of being extremely loyal customers to Brar, we decided to try something new. As our family of 5 developed a craving for hakka Chinese, we decided that Bombay Blue Indian & Hakka Cuisine was the place to try out. On entering the restaurant, we were surprised by the ambience of the place, as we found it calming and semi formal, which we appreciated. We were welcomed by the servers, and given a table and menus. After giving us a reasonable amount of time to think about our order, our server for the night PANKAJ asked us for our order, and on taking the order very charmingly recommended Gobi-65. The Gobi-65 was the first dish to arrive, and the recommendation DID NOT DISAPPOINT. PANKAJ even came over to ask us how we liked his recommendation. For our main course we ordered, the veg Szechwan rice and noodles, the veg Manchurian, the Hakka paneer, the chow mien. 5 dishes for 5 people, 1 for each person, that should be enough right? It turned out that we had greatly underestimated the serving sizes! Each dish could feed 2 people at least! All the food tasted great! Very flavourful and the noodles and rice also had a smokey flavour that we loved. Truly though, the service is what really won our hearts. PANKAJ was hands down the best server I've ever had at a restaurant, he was friendly but professional and really made us feel like valued customers. Though, I am sure that the other servers were great too as I realized during our short interactions. I would greatly recommend to ask for PANKAJ on your visit to this fabulous restaurant. This restaurant provided an experience complete with EXCELLENT food, SUBLIME service and...

Title: A Flavorful Journey Through India at Bombay Blues
If you're craving authentic Indian cuisine, look no further than Bombay Blues. This restaurant delivers a culinary experience that transports you straight to the heart of India. From the moment you step in, the warm and inviting ambiance, with its rich decor and soothing music, sets the perfect tone for a memorable meal.
The menu at Bombay Blues is a celebration of Indian flavors, offering a wide range of dishes that cater to all taste buds. Whether you’re a fan of spicy curries or prefer something milder, there’s something for everyone. The Chicken Tikka Masala was a standout, with tender pieces of chicken simmered in a creamy, spiced tomato sauce that was both rich and flavorful. The Lamb Rogan Josh, with its aromatic spices and perfectly cooked lamb, was another highlight that I would highly recommend.
Vegetarian options are also plentiful, with dishes like Paneer Butter Masala and Baingan Bharta that are bursting with flavor. The naan bread, fresh out of the tandoor, was the perfect accompaniment to soak up the delicious sauces.
Service at Bombay Blues is top-notch. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and more than happy to guide you through the menu if you're unsure what to order. They ensure that your dining experience is nothing short of excellent.
In summary, Bombay Blues is a gem for anyone looking to indulge in high-quality Indian cuisine. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or even solo, this restaurant promises a delightful experience that will have you coming back for more.

Read moreSome of the items were ok but not as tasty. We ordered a chili chicken dry and asked to order an additional order of same dish but spicier, instead got an overly salty version which was not edible by any standard, they put so much soy sauce it was unbearable. The server did not change it as we already tried it and told if we asked them before trying they would have changed however we were 5 people so we did take minimum 5 pieces off the plate when order arrived. They did not take it off the bill either. It was disgusting to taste and ruined the dinner. Only thing server offered was a gulab jamun icecream which we denied and sent half the chicken plate back to the kitchen. We ordered burnt garlic fried rice which was just ok but not burnt garlic flavor. Server got one soup order wrong and we asked if it was the right order and she lied and told us that it was a hot n sour soup instead they brought manchow soup. When asked another server he admitted it wasnt hot n sour but insisted that manchow is better than hot n sour!! The level of being cheap and covering their mistakes is simply unbelievable. Wheb they fixed it it didnt taste like hot n sour instead they just took the crisps off the manchow and brought it back. Servers did not come and check for anything, no water refills were given, servers are not trained , they didnt ask if we want any drinks or anything else. So its the restos loss if they are not making additional sales and lose customers. The same cook in the kitchen cooked the same dish so badly in a matter of 10 minutes tells the quality of the kitchen staff.. ...
