This location is quite new, only opened a couple months earlier by time of writing. Although the opening hours aren't very clear in the Google maps page (especially for walking in, which was already closed when I came) while only the drive through is available during some late night hours. It was my first time visiting this location. But the overall turnout of the service shows the need for improvements. Although the crew member at the drive through was nice and friendly when talking to me and taking my order, my order wasn't fully accurate with what I told them. Also they're moving too fast, (for example once I made payment they closed up to the window and moved away instantly to do something else). They may have gotten my chicken wrap duo right as well my drink in the combo (which was good), but I asked for the Cinnabon bits as the sides in my combo, not fries (even though the fries were prepared well). Also when I received my order from them, I asked if there was a receipt in the bag, which they said yes, but when it wasn't in there once I checked, which is practically dishonesty to a customer. I needed the receipt, which they failed to give. And without it I don't even know the proper details of my order as placed, as well as the cost details, with each item and quantity (even if there weren't any taxes included there). And now I can't even tell if the order was placed correctly and if the prices were even fair. I hope for a much better turnout of experience the next time I ever visit here.

I ordered a few breakfast items and upon paying, the cashier asks me to drive around and come back to the takeout window as it will take about 3 minutes for the food to be ready. The first time last week, I obliged because I figured perhaps there was someone else in line ordering at the speaker around the corner behind me, and they could get their order without waiting for mine to finish being made. After driving out and back through the drive-thru as per her request, I noticed that there actually wasn’t anybody in line behind me - so why was I not allowed to just sit and wait for the food since nobody was behind me?
This time, when she asked me to do the same after I paid again, I just stayed parked as I noticed no cars behind me. She comes back to the window about a minute later and tells me to go drive out and come back. I look behind me and again - no cars there, so I mentioned that there’s nobody behind me so can I just wait here? To which she replied “my timer keeps going” - I suppose it’s a time-based metric for order completion / drive thru wait time and this reflects this Wendy’s franchise’s performance. This rubbed me the wrong way as I didn’t feel the need to be inconvenienced so that this franchise can fake its performance metrics. The worker is a kind lady but I don’t understand the need for this.

Read moreWhen we found out a new Wendy’s was opening closer to our home we were really happy. Unfortunately, they are new and really need some seasoned helpers to help get them organized. First issue, the mobile app. When I first used the app for this location, I placed an order for drive thru pickup but the app kept giving me an error when trying to checkout. There were no details just a generic error message to try again. I gave up and went to another Wendy’s location for my order. I realized later when I tried again that this new location does not have their drive thru set up for mobile orders. The error message should really explain that in the app. They’re losing money. I placed a mobile order for in store pickup with a set time but when I got there it wasn’t ready. Not a big deal. I waited and waited and waited. There were people there waiting before me and were still waiting after I left. I observed a lack of order of operation. Only one cashier. So many people making food but no one dedicated to gathering the food for orders. Management needs to implement a system like other Wendy’s. I know they’re trying their best but management needs to take accountability and see there’s a big problem. All that being said, workers were polite, the food was cold by the time I got it but tasted good. The location is brightly lit inside but very dark in the parking lot.
