Located in Bromont at the intersection of Bromont & Shefford with the ski hill insight, L'Etrier is a small-ish, quaint bistro sevring a traditional offering of breakfast options: eggs benedict, french toast and the like.
We had Smoked Salmon Benedict (tasty) and Waffle with Eggs (good but the waffles were very dry and surprisingly flakey).
The service is good. The ambiance is modern-ish with lots of natural light...and they have an outdoor terrace to take in the warm weather during the summer...

Soooo good & such amazing service. Food was really amazing, so many flavours. You can tell this restaurant puts a lot of thought into the little details, from the little sugar tongs, free taster treats to the hand towels in the washrooms. My meal was not something I would normally ever try- poached egg with vege-pate, chilli and cheddar but it was to die for!! I was really impressed. Will definitely be back next time I’m in...

On s'attendait à beaucoup mieux suite à la lecture des avis Google. Menu très cher pour des déjeuners, mais bon, il ne faut pas oublier que nous sommes à Bromont. Si au moins la qualité et l'originalité avaient été conséquentes aux prix élevés, l'expérience aurait été moins décevante.
Un déjeuner deux œufs, viandes, café non inclus, une seule rôtie coupée en deux, 25$ + taxes et pourboire. L'assiette semblait avoir passé 10 minutes sous le réchaud. Tout dans l'assiette était sec/surcuit.
Nous avons attendu 10 minutes pour avoir le café, au moins 30 minutes pour avoir nos assiettes. Les assiettes sont arrivées sans les rotis. Personne n'est venu nous voir au cours du repas pour s'assurer que tout était ok. Nous avons réussi à intercepter un serveur 10 minutes plus tard pour avoir nos rôties, qui nous ont été apportées sur le champs. Sans doute les mêmes rôties qui avaient été oubliées sous le réchaud car elles étaient dures et sèches. Nous en avons informé la gérante qui passait par là et elle nous a rapporté des rôtis 10 secondes plus tard. Encore une fois, des rôties plus que tièdes qui semblait être prêtes depuis un moment.
Bref, déception sur tout la ligne, nous n'y...
