Truly horrendous service. Order was wrong. I normally wouldn’t mind. The sheer insistence that I was incorrect with what I received and that it was the guac that made the price difference. They were objectively wrong, based on math, which the receipt clearly showed. I was waved away indifferently. I went back to get the correct order because by this point it is merely the principle and being treated like a nuisance. The staff member literally said “I told you already…” Excuse me sir, that is an inappropriate way to talk to a stranger/customer. He waved me off. I was begrudgingly given the correct order, but not because they believed the math or the receipt. Never once was an apology offered, merely derision. Fast food became exceedingly slow. I ordered online, it was not ready, it was the wrong size, the guac was not in it.. and I had to drive back and go into the store to be treated poorly. I believe that this now the second Mucho Burrito with a drive thru in Calgary now. That is very convenient. I did not use the drive thru because I was lucky enough to find some parking which is in short supply there. The set up and layout is pretty typical for a Mucho. It is clean in there and apparently it is open until 2AM!!! The Carne Asada there was average. It was just after the dinner rush so they were low on all ingredients and really literally had to scrape everything to put mine together. Also the sauces are usually mixed better thought the Burrito so the flavours are even but not in mine. The sauces were just placed on top at the end so depending on what part of the Burrito I was eating I could taste the sauce. I noticed this for the other burritos too.

UPDATE.... There are some new staff that now make the LARGEST and most DELICIOUS...
