U-Thi Sushi & Grill — Restaurant in Chase

The sushi at this place is phenomenal it is so delicious every single time. I have to say it is probably the best sushi I have ever had. However sometimes when a mistake is made with the order which happened once, they did not deal with it very well. They told us we could get a free tempura at our next order because we didn't live in the city and we weren't going to head back that day. When we went to claim our free tempura it was a fight to the end to try to get him to remember that he said that. That was very annoying however it has only happened once and I'm over it I would recommend this...

Had the teriyaki Bento box. Did NOT come with Miso soup. It was quite literally the "smallest" Bento box I have ever had. The salad was tiny, there was a wee bit of rice, one little scoop. The chicken was a "finger" cut up into little tiny pieces as you would for a child. 3 of the smallest panko breaded bits of deep fried veggies, 1 wee prawn... I took me all of 5 minutes to eat it, all for 21 bucks , I tipped the waitress as she was very nice and obviously didn't cook the ultra...

We went here because we were near starved and there were few options on the way for the day and time- but it most certainly did not disappoint! The food was fantastic, and even the dishes they were plated on were pretty. Being from Washington State, I've had a fair amount of similar cuisine, and this is certainly up to par. I'll be dining in again the next time I'm in the area for sure.

This was also the first time I've had smoked salmon on sushi....
