We went for the first time yesterday at about 730pm. Walking to the front door there was a sign out front with the daily deals, Monday is half price apps. When we go in there is another sign saying “happy hour 4-6” (I think those were the times but I could be wrong).

Food: We ordered kettle chips with dill seasoning, deep fried pickles, Cajun chicken Alfredo, buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, and a brownie. Most of our food was pretty mediocre, definitely not worth the price. I thought the kettle chips were burnt for my preference, but my partner liked them so that may have just been me(although he said there was pretty much no seasoning, couldn’t taste the dill at all). Our deep fried pickles were excellent, and included a side of fries which we weren’t expecting but were happy about. The fries were really good! I thought my Alfredo was pretty bland and flavourless, but once I brought it home and added black pepper and hot sauce it was alright. My partner enjoyed his chicken sandwich and fries. He thought the brownie was really dry, so he mushed it up with the ice cream and he said he enjoyed it that way.

Service: our service was pretty meh. She wasn’t bad in anyway, it just seemed like she had no interest in being there or doing more than the minimum. She also took our cutlery away with our meals and didn’t bring any with our dessert. We tried using a butter knife while we waited, but we had to go up to get cutlery eventually because it included ice cream that we didn’t want to melt. Honest mistake, but on top of everything else I wasn’t pleased about during our visit it was annoying.

When we got our bill our apps were not half price. I said “I thought they were half price?” And she said “only during happy hour”. I was super annoyed because we wouldn’t have gotten them if they weren’t half price, but still paid. When we left we checked the deals sign again and there was nothing on it that said “happy hour only”, or signified in anyway that the deal wasn’t all day. Why would you keep the sign out after happy hour was finished if those deals were no longer applicable???

Ultimately, I don’t want to return, but I may give them another chance. I paid $112 (with tax and tip) and was pretty unsatisfied with the whole experience from...

Will never go again. My husband and I decided to give the Chilliwack location a try after a horrible experience the first month they opened where I found a piece of plastic in my food. This time was no different. When we arrived we were told to seat ourselves only to find every empty table dirty. We sat outside and waited over 15 mins to be acknowledged. The patio only had 5-6 tables with only two occupied other than us. Once the server arrived she took our drink order but never offered to clean the table. We had to ask her to and she then asked us why we sat at a dirty table. Once we explained how every free table was dirty she rolled her eyes and grabbed the dirty glasses. Never once offered to wipe the table down.

She came back to the table without our drinks and asked us if we wanted to order food. I looked at her puzzled and stated she never gave us a menu?? She laughed and went “oh yeah” 5 mins later she came back with a sticky menu and still no drinks. At this point I was ready to leave but my husband wanted to give her a chance. That was until we watched another table be sat and had drinks, menu and food ordered in a matter of minutes by the same server. We decided to leave and went to the front to let our server know to cancel the drinks we ordered but still never received. No one was paying attention to us until a very sweet young lady who first greeted us when we arrived asked if she could help. She offered to get the manager who was apologetic and offered two free entree vouchers for us to give them a second chance. Well this is where we fast forward a month when my friend and I decided to try and use these vouchers only to be told that because they weren’t signed by the manager they weren’t valid!! Thankfully we informed the server we had the vouchers before we ordered. There’s better restaurants in town with better food and better service. Don’t...

Plenty of parking Its a pub and you are welcome to seat yourself Service is excellent We were approached right away with a cheery pleasant professional server. Impressive. They were busy for a Friday evening around 10pm. It could be busier. Lighting is calm Love the design easy layout bar is positioned at the back and flows all along the wall!! High tables and chairs in the left part of the Pub and the right hand side tables in a cluster and surrounding the back corner along the wall lovely comfortable table and wrapped around booth.. Cream black gold sleek glossy colours absorb the atmosphere.

The menu is extensive and the drink list is unique as it takes beer on a bit of a twist Beer tales .. I do not drink but my friends do and they really enjoyed the different beers and cocktails that they ordered.

We settled on Nachos and guacamole and chicken excellent well done. I love that the server put the weaved basket on a lazy Susan we decided to add chicken it was breaded and extremely tasty. I highly recommend the Nachos for a late night snack will feed up to 4 people more depending if your adding other appies.

I am surprised it's not busier but we did get there late.

TV screens surrounding the Pub but not intrusive.. Latest music playing but again more like ambience and not over powering people's conversation!! $$ $ depending on what you purchase. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Clean bathrooms well maintained. I like the hands free makes life easier and less spread of germs.

I loved everything and had a fun experience and the server was funny and inner active just perfect. Well done. I hope they realize what a good...

Original Review - Service was good. But, the eggs benny was subpar. I know when to give credit where it is due, and that is to the Chef (Adam). Adam reached out to me after seeing my original review and wanted to make sure that everything was up to his standards and make sure that we had a good experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Adam when we came back for our second try at Townhall and just from his demeanor you can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work. The eggs benny was much much better! The first time around our eggs were over cooked, english muffin was soft and almost soggy. However this time the eggs were perfect, as well as all of the fixings. Sadly, after chatting with Adam we found out the hollandaise sauce is not something that he has control of as it is a JRG recipe. They (JRG) opt for a more "healthy" and lighter version of a hollandaise sauce for their benny to cater to a specific crowd. But, I have a feeling if he (Adam) was in charge of making that decision he would have made a killer hollandaise as the rest of the meal was delightful. The service once again was really good. We will definitely be going back.

We came here for dinner on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn't too busy and we were seated promptly. As we couldn't decide what to eat, we decided to order appetizers to share. Our server didn't seem to be paying much attention as she had to come back to confirm our order even though she had repeated what we ordered. She also didn't pay much attention to us as my nephew had to go to the counter to ask for a water refill when we couldn't get the attention of the servers. We also had to walk up to the server to ask for the check as she was busy chatting with a customer at the bar. Food wise, it was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary or memorable. We ordered 3 different kinds of wings, roasted brussel sprouts, salad, flatbread and a kids chicken tenders. The best dish out of what we ordered was the brussel sprouts. It was roasted with maple soy and was a nice balance of sweet and salty.

First time to this location and went for Crab Legs special. Arrived at 5:30PM before it got busy when the special started at 6. Not too many people at that time yet but service was very slow, it was a struggle to get drinks and then God help you if you wanted a refill. Our waitress was friendly and pleasant however, but just slow as heck. What really struck me was just how noisy and echoey it was inside, I felt like I was at a rock concert and had to shout the whole time. Not ideal. We ordered wings and several crab legs on special for $1.99 each. Wings were ok, could have been crispier. Crab legs were underwhelming - small for the price and as a result hard to eat. I think it was just OK overall.
