Whoever wants to go to Westwood, please read the reviews as they are extremely accurate. Service is one of the worst things ive seen in the past 23 years in the restaurant industry. I think any restaurant in the entire country can serve people better.
Food is actually very good! Menu had a ton of errors but the fold was actually great.
Restaurant looks nice but from the servers to the manager makes 0 sense. Whoever is the owner and or investor, please hype it as much as possible and sell it cause this place is not going to last 2-3 years.
A mid-size group that spend $800-$1000 in food for a birthday was given a zig zag shape of table and we had 3 pregnant ladies but the manager said they dont care as the other tables are reserved for people who come and party later at night and we specifically mentioned at the moment of reservation that we wanted a good spot because of these reasons.
They give us plates and glasses all dirty or wet and you havent even finished estimates and they throw us our bills and the kick us out.
All waitresses and manager, remember your positions and thats the best you will do but none of you are c-level in anything here, thus calm down and do your job properly, thats why you all get pay to do.
0 respect to clients and the service is extremely long.
Its so sad because the place and food looks nice so i think the best thing and real workers there are the cooks and chefs. All the rest, a grocery store worker (no disrespect to the career) can do all of these jobs 1000 better and the ROI to the business will be way better.

I tried calling the phone number, which, obviously led to voicemail. The voicemail mentioned to text the number, which I did. I finally received a reply 2 days after i sent the text, just to receive a response that given we were over 10 people, we had to email a woman named Josianne. After several emails and no response, i decided to show up in person to make my reservation. The hostess was very helpful, took down my reservation and I was told that i would receive a phone call from the manager to confirm my reservation, which I did not. 10 days before my reservation, i decided to show up in person again because i still did not receive a confirmation text or phone call from the manager. Thank god i showed up because i was told by the hostess that my reservation which i made IN PERSON a month and a half before the date was CANCELLED. With no specific reason. I then told the hostess that no one contacted me that the reservation was cancelled and had i not shown up, i would have not have my reservation. Moving forward to the date of my reservation, my whole group and I get to westwood, and tell the bouncer that we had a reservation made. The guy tells us that it was CANCELLED and that they sold our table to another group….. just imagine… 15 people showing up just to get a cancellation in your face. En plus, we got overcharged. Read moreI’m not even the type of person to leave negative reviews but this has to be my worst dining experience ever when it comes to the service. We waited over 2 hours and a half to get our drinks/food. Waited an hour before even getting asked what our orders were. About one hour and a half after ordering, they tell us they just ran out of calamari and ribs. Had they taken our order earlier, we would have been able to get the food before they ran out. We asked for water over 4 times in the span of almost 2 hours and were constantly ignored. I had to physically get up and find the waiter to again ask for water, for which he answered “it’s really chaotic, I’ve been looking for water this whole time.” How do you run out of water? How are you looking for water for almost 2 hours? At the end, when we got the bill, we were still charged for the food items they ran out of and never served us. Had we not paid attention to the bill, we would have paid for meals we didn’t even receive. The only positive about the night was the dj and the food actually tasting good.
