Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I got from this place. STAY AWAY from their “NUTELLA CAKE”! Preordered Nutella Cake for a birthday and the cake I got doesn’t taste like Nutella at all!! 1ST photo is what their “nutella” cake supposed to look like according to their website, on top of that when I went there, I asked the worker what their Nutella cake looks like and pointed it out to me from their fridge with all the other cakes but she said “it’s Nutella cheesecake”. I asked can you guys make it with just regular cake? She said “yes” I asked would it look the same?” worker said “yes, but it’s sponge inside”. 2ND and 3rd photos are the cakes I got!!! Nothing about this cake tastes or look like Nutella cake at all! more like hazelnut! I went there and spoke to the manager and he said it’s the right cake. I said “it doesn’t taste like Nutella at all and the outside layer is not the same as what your worker mentioned”. It turns out they mix the Nutella with white pastry cream which dilutes the natural flavour of Nutella and ends up tasting like Hazelnut. If you’re a Nutella lover and tried their “Nutella” cake, nothing about the flavour or color of the filling screams Nutella! Instead of only using Nutella as its natural flavour, I say you guys are CUTTING CORNERS and SAVING INGREDIENTS by mixing it with something else! You guys should reconsider how you make “Nutella cake”. Try a scoop of real Nutella and compare it with your “Nutella filling” and tell me it tastes the same because it’s not! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! You should advertise it as “Chocolate Hazelnut” rather than Nutella! Manager offered 10% discount for my next cake purchase and it’s laughable. What makes you guys think that customers will continue to purchase your cakes when they’ve been disappointed and unsatisfied to the point none of my guests finished their cakes and we wasted a full half of the cake because it’s not...

Delizie" means delicacies. The name suites the place. I stopped in side to check out the place after the amazing aroma of fresh bread caught me off guard about 5 months ago, and have been a regular ever since. The front staff have a warm and welcoming attitude that makes even the grumpiest person happy. The kitchen staff clearly cook with passion for great food as you can taste it in every bite of your soup, sandwich, pasta, lasagna or fritatta! I'm not particularly into pizza at all, well I wasn't until I tried their caramelized onion with goat cheese and arugula pizza. I tell you it was mouthwatering! I truly am addicted. THE BAKERY! Oh my oh my. The extraordinary staff that whips together such tantalizing deserts, whether it is a traditional cheesecake or a yummy muffin, this is just the cherry on top of the cake! Each bite is rich and fresh, and delicious. You can tell that the hard work along with devotion goes into everything the bakery chefs put out. What truly amazed me though? Is that practically everything in this restaurant is made in house! Not packed or frozen goods from some other company, but true fresh food. My wife and I went here because of the reviews people gave.On arrival we were greeted with a warm "hello", from the hostess which was nice.On the other hand we ordered two traditional breakfasts and two coffee's.We sat down and asked if we could have more coffee and the lady said to us, extra coffee is half price.I mean how cheap is this place not to give free refills?The coffee cups were small and we were charged $2.50 per cup.That gave us a bad taste in our mouths to start. Then the breakfasts come out and the only thing done right were the eggs.The hash browns were under done and the toast was stale, then we look closer and there is a hair in my wife's food and it wasn't hers and then I take a look through my food and I look to my horrified eyes what appears to be a short hair in mine also. We got up and left our food and didn't complain or want our money back.
