There is this one girl with a long ponytail that has ZERO customer service skills or seems to care about anything. The first time i came to this location, my friend and I both ordered a smoothies and it took her 15-20 minutes prior to making and giving us our order. It was not busy... we were the only people in the store. I find it strange that a couple came in after and also ordered and she informed them their order would take 20 minutes. i only heard 1 incoming delivery order and it should take 20 minutes for a smoothie. Scarborough Town Centres Booster Juice barely even takes 5 minutes to take you order and make it so why does this location take 20? She also had her airpods in which does not seem very appropriate to have on while working.
I was driving by the plaza and noticed the OPEN sign was on and decided to turn in. it was after 9:30pm which im aware not they close at 9pm but AT LEAST TURN THE SIGN OFF!. In the amount of time i spent just parking and going to the door 3 individuals walked up to this door to realize it was close BUT THE OPEN SIGN WAS ON! i wouldn't have wasted my time turning in if the sign was off. -.- and it was the same girl with the long ponytail there again.
These were two different visits to this location and clearly they need to re-evaluate...
Read moreThis is my absolute favorite location to go to for Booster Juice. I used to live across from a Booster Juice but would travel to this one because they would make it better, actually filled the drinks, and really cared about their customers. The best person at this location was Shakira, who always took the time... or, in my case many times, would prepare it before hand if I called in because I was running late. She's the kindest person there and made all the difference.
I was very saddened to hear that she was moving on from this location. I've visited and called in twice since, and interacted with a woman named Mallory. She was incredibly unpleasant and accused me for arrangements with Shakira, that she was no longer around, so I would no longer receive that. I was so very surprised by the treatment. Shakira always treated me with kindness and that I mattered as a community member and person, which is why I visited this location.
I'm not thrilled by the recent interaction with Mallory, but I'm hopeful that there will be someone else when I visit next time; otherwise, I will probably stop visiting this location. Hopefully the new management will take this into consideration - bad service is just bad...

The newer staff members often appear undertrained and unfamiliar with the drink preparation process. On several occasions, key ingredients have been out of stock, making it impossible to order standard menu items. In addition to the poor service, the overall cleanliness and organization of the store are concerning. At times, the floor has been slippery and messy, and essential items like straws and napkins are frequently missing or in short supply. I did reach out to head office in hopes of seeing improvement, but unfortunately, no meaningful changes have been made.
