I recently visited Taco Factory with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a highly unpleasant incident. As I began indulging in my meal, I discovered a hair lurking within my food. Naturally, this was a disconcerting and off-putting discovery that immediately diminished my appetite.
What disappointed me even more was the restaurant's dismissive and unhelpful response to my concern. When I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, they were impolite and unapologetic, showing no regard for the gravity of the situation. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a reasonable solution, they simply denied any responsibility, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored as a paying customer.
In any reputable establishment, encountering such an issue should prompt a swift and sincere response. It is understandable that mistakes can happen even in the best of kitchens, but it is how a restaurant addresses those mistakes that truly defines their commitment to customer satisfaction. Regrettably, Taco Factory failed in this regard, and their lack of accountability tarnished the overall dining experience.
Not only did the incident itself leave a lasting negative impression, but the subsequent behavior of the staff left me questioning the restaurant's standards of hygiene and customer service. It is crucial for any establishment to maintain strict cleanliness standards and to handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. Unfortunately, Taco Factory fell short on both fronts.
As a result of this unpleasant encounter, I cannot recommend Taco Factory to others. Dining out should be a delightful experience, with the assurance of high-quality food and attentive service. However, the hair incident and the dismissive response from the staff significantly undermined my trust and confidence in this establishment.
I hope that Taco Factory takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their hygiene practices and customer service protocols. Every diner deserves a pleasant and safe dining experience, free from such unsanitary surprises and...
Read moreMe and my group experienced horrible horrible service here. I went yesterday on Cinco De Mayo which was birthday. I made reservations in advance, had never been before and had decided to come here after reading reviews and wanting to celebrate somewhere close to me that served Spanish food. Needless to say that clearly was a mistake.. My table was ignored after having being seated for about 20-30minutes. After getting tired of waiting we decided to wave a server down so we could finally order. Throughout our whole time there, this is what we had to do. We were never checked on once, rather anytime we needed something we had to make an effort to ask them as they walked by our table. The restaurant is pretty small and it was full, so it was busy and I can understand that aspect of it. Especially considering it was cinco de mayo, but nothing can excuse the poor service we got here. They also got some of my friends orders wrong which they still made them pay for after and admitted to one of my vegan friends that everything they cook comes in contact with meat so there is cross contamination there after she had complained there was meat in her meal which she thought was a vegan option. So she decided not to eat at all. They kept running from the kitchen to there doors delivering take out orders and I honestly think this is where they slipped up. They were taking on way more then they could handle. They had so many food delivery drivers coming in waiting for orders there was a line up of them Infront of the restaurant. I’ve seen places turn off there online ordering if they become to busy in-house and they honestly should’ve done this at that moment because they were sacrificing on the service they could deliver to the actual customers in there restaurant. I get they want to make as much money as they can but again, definitely left the worst impression on me and my group and we will most likely never...
Read moreI called them to say that I wanted to order through skip the dishes and asked if they can make veggie burritos since I didn’t see that option on the all. They said to write vegan in the special instructions so I did that and ordered 7 burritos total, 2 of them vegan, through skip the dishes. They wrote veggie on the 2 bags, but when we bit into them there was pork inside. So they made 2 vegans eat meat. I called them and asked them to send 2 VEGGIE burritos and they said they don’t deliver so I said I’ll drive to you, start preparing 2 veggie burritos. They said they need me to bring the whole order to the store to confirm the veggie ones didn’t get put in the wrong bag. I said that I can confirm none were veggie since my coworkers had already eaten their burritos since they were correct. They said that they can’t give me the two veggie burritos if I don’t bring the rest of the order back. I said it’s impossible because they’ve been eaten… they wouldn’t budge on this so now we will never order food from them again and we order food to our work every couple days.
I told you I’d bring back the 2 that were incorrect but I can’t bring the entire order back and you said you need the entire order.
There was no misunderstanding on my part. I was told that I must bring back the entire order. Say what you want, this will be my last response and my last order I’ll ever make to your irresponsibly...
