My parents let me know that there was a Hakka Chinese restaurant they wanted to try. I ordered Chili Chicken (Dry), Crispy Sesame Beef, Chicken Pakora, Veggie Hakka Chow Mein all mild spicy over the phone. I was told by the associate who took my order to come in 10 to 15 minutes. I got there at the 15 minute mark and paid. I saw 2 sets of customers who were seated and they were waiting a long time for their food. I overheard that the couple that was seated had to send back their food because there was not any chili in their dish nor were there any flavour. Back to me, I constantly had to check in with the associate at the front to ask when my order was going to come. Excuses of, "so sorry we need 5 minutes, 10 minutes, it will be out shortly", etc. I was frustrated and upset. My daughter was with me and was waiting for her food from another place and was hungry. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked the associate, "why did you tell me to come in 10-15 minutes when the food would not be ready?" She just gave me more apologies. At this time there were a lot of patrons who were waiting in the front. We were all getting frustrated. When one set of take-out was brought to the front by the associates, it was just left there and both went to the back. One patron just went and snatched their order and left without them being there. I was so upset and asked more times. It was 50 minutes and finally they came out with the food with apologies. I gave them thanks anyway regardless if I was thinking, "I don't wanna come back her again." My family was starving. We tried the food and it was good. My family thoroughly enjoyed it. Great flavour and crunch. I am on the fence if I would want to go back because of the awful lateness. I am not sure because this was a big inconvenience. There was only a sorry and not offering to make it right the next time.

Stopped here for dinner on my way back to Toronto from Hamilton, as I wanted to try Indian Hakka food and this place is conveniently situated close to the highway. Despite its unassuming appearance, it is actually a gem! The interior was actually nice, airy and clean, and the tables were not too closed to each other, which I really liked. I also liked the combo of the pictures of spices on the walls and the lanterns hanging from the ceiling; the tasteful decorations reflect the restaurant's cuisine. We were given a plate and cutlery wrapped in napkins for each of us, and water was served in wine glasses. Now, the food...It was truly stunning! We ordered 5 dishes in total for the four of us: chicken tandoori momo as appetizer, with deluxe Hakka fried rice, coconut chicken, spicy garlic beef, and dry Bombay chicken as shared mains. Each of the dishes was so flavourful without being overpowering. All with a final price tag of less than $25 per person! It was a great culinary experience, which, given the affordability, easily rivals a Michelin-starred restaurant. It gives me an incentive to explore Mississauga's food scene more in the future!

This place recently opened, they had to impress me because I loved Masala bites that closed and was replaced by them. Though they did not reach the level of satisfaction I got when I ate at Masala bites, which was a big ask since they were very good, i still left decently please. The food tasted fresh and well made, what I liked the most was the fact that it wasn't super oily like a few other hakka places. The chicken in the fried rice tasted a little weird, but that's me being very picky. The veg pakora Manchurian was very good. The fish pakora was good as well. The place looks clean and the owner is nice and welcoming. The price is reasonable and portion was great, they fill the container completely, i hope they keep doing this since a lot of places slowly decrease their portions over time. Overall it was a goos experience.
