Fifth written review, Jan 2025: Always enjoy eating at this location and past couple times was no exception. We were fortunate to have Dali serve us once again. She's always a delight and helped us with our choices. I found the chicken parm. tasty but a bit overcooked (though still tasty so I didn't complain). My lovely wife, Pat's minor complaint was that the skin on her quarter chicken was mostly removed. Otherwise Pat enjoyed her meal. I reminded her the chicken skin is not good for us, health wise, anyhow.

Forth written review, Nov 2024: Still pleasant dining out at this restaurant. Courteous greater who eagerly seated us at a booth as desired. Server was also gracious during this especially busy afternoon prime dining time. So nice to see this place so busy. Orders were filled as desired. I'd asked for the stuffing on the side since I'm not crazy about it but my lovely wife Pat thoroughly enjoys Christmas stuffing😊. My beans were in abundance and the hot chicken sandwich 🥪 was dreamy. Christmas box of bonus chocolates were a nice final touch.

Second review, updated, May 2023: Pandemic has been officially ended by WHO (World Health Organization). Comforting to see so very few masks needing to be worn anymore. Went through this locations convenient takeout section for the first time. My lovely wife Pat had to work on her birthday so I cheered her up with a meal from SC. Always a treat. High recommendations for the takeout woman working this past May 9, 2023 afternoon shift. She handled my order and 3 others plus a takeout drivers orders with great efficiency, poise, hospitality and accuracy (in our case at least). Even received a bonus 2 chocolate treats at no cost. Pat was so excited to see a nice warm meal brought into her work. We dined together in the lunch room while enjoying each others company. The chocolate treat provided a sweet end to our dinner. Third review updated Dec. 2023. We each ordered their special Christmas meals. Only take home was the bacon and cheese from the Cesar's salad and a gift box for each of us which contained 5 Lindor chocolates. Wonderful meal as always. Waitress, Morgan G., let us know the gift boxes have changed picture design. She recalled, as a child, using them as houses for her little Barbie dolls. Brought home by her mom when she worked at Swiss Chalet. Now she works at this fine restaurant, carrying on the family tradition. Lovely story as told by pretty Morgan during our short stay. Always look forward to dining here with great personal and enjoyable food.

First review: My wife and I both love this place. It's been our go to place for excellent chicken dinners. Oft times we'll share our sides. She'll get the fries and I'll get the Ceasars salad and then we split them between each other. Normally I'll get the chicken/ribs mix but this time I went with the 2 chicken legs meal and, for the first time ever, my wife got the ribs meal. She truly enjoyed eating their ribs (I always enjoy their ribs). It was comforting to see that this place was following current COVID guidelines and kept tables spaced properly and required proof of ID and our vaccines were up to date. We're all looking forward to the end of this pandemic and, in the meantime, please try to continue supporting...

Arriving at your restaurant ready to order. We were told from one of your employees #10 Lisa D. that Swiss Chalet does not accept coupons from the App Foupon inc. because they steal Swiss Chalet Coupons to put in their app... One, Foupon is a reputable company that been around for a long time with a High star rating app. I've personally use that app for many years in many restaurants, including yours restaurant in a deferente location. Never ounce was I told that Foupon was not a reputable company that helps customers hold their coupons in there app to bring customers in other company doors because they steal Coupons. TWO: Even if it was true, Why is Swiss Chalet not suing Foupon? why are they letting Foupon for many years to keep a coupon, which one of your employee quote " As one of Swiss chalet Embassador" "Swiss Chalet knows Foupon steal our Coupons". THREE: Even if I found a coupon on the floor and bring it to your location, Does it really matter where I got that coupon? Did it not brought me to your door in the first place? FOUR: IN all shcemes of thing, Apple regulation to have an App in there stores is very high standards, I doubt they would let Foupon in their store app if A multi million dollar company would tell them, Foupon is doing illegal stuff that arms other company name. I really hope this is a one off employee wrongness and this is not something Swiss Chalet believe that Foupon inc. arm their business from bringing people at their door because they steal coupons or this will be advertise in all platforms and I will never eat there again. FIVE: I call another location (#1277 Dieppe NB) right after we were done eating. We ask them if they would accept our coupons from Foupon, and the lady on the phone, said yes! So which one is it? Yes Swiss Chalet take Foupon App Coupons or No, they don't? I hope Swiss Chalet would't think Apple and Foupon Inc are not reputable company and to call them stealers and Apple letting them on...

I will not return! What an experience I had. Here is what happened. I politely asked the waitress if she could remove the bread that came with my order and replace it with something else as I have a medical condition. She kept asking me if I had allergies, if I didn't like it , if there was something wrong! I didn't feel very comfortable having to explain my condition to her as deeply as I had to . I really don't think she had to know exactly what condition I had . all she had to do is remove the bread . Her name was Lissa. I'm sure everybody around me heard it! This made me feel very uncomfortable . At that point I felt like getting up and leaving but figured I would just sit still and wait for my order . The food was good but then when it came for the payment she actually flat out asked me how much I wanted to give her for a tip! Really I can't believe it!! I will not return to this location again. I will go to the other location as I have never had any...
