The person who was helping me was very unprofessional. First, he was not wearing a mask. Two customers asked if he could put a mask on, and he made an excuse about it being hot when he cooks. He put the mask on, but with the biggest attitude. I thought he was going to throw hands at the two customers. That's how much tension there was from the person who was working there.
I really wanted something with potatoes. He suggested a chicken plate that includes potatoes and a salad. I saw there was a combo with just a sandwich and potatoes. He didn't suggest that one. I asked if I could have that instead, so I could have more potatoes and not a salad. He gave me attitude that he already cut chicken for a plate, and made a big fuss about it one more time. I think the only reason he was suggesting I get a plate was to upsell me.
I asked for no onions for my sandwich. He was putting tomatoes into my sandwich, and there was big piece of onion in the tomatoes, but he didn't care and put it in my sandwich anyways.
He was so focused on the two customers that asked him to put on a mask, that he forgot to give me a drink. I'd go back and ask him for it, but I feel like he'll say I'm lying and make a big deal out of it. It's not worth the hassle, and he won't give me a drink anyways.
The potatoes were good and so was the dip with it, but the sandwich with chicken was dry and the sauces were non-existent. The sandwich had no flavour. Don't waste...
Read moreOver 10 bucks for these two items. Staff was friendly enough for a regular fast food/restoraunt. Portion of potato was normal. However, this is the scrawniest pita ever made probably.. And it was patted many times as if to make sure its got at least something in it by the smiley staff, who did not wash his hands and was touching dirty towels and the cashier. He took my potatoes, went to the side and microwaved it right in front of me. I guess this is normal??? Potatoes looked good cuz i got a good phone, but in reality my first bite was greased out and squishy. Its still a potato in the end.. Was excited to have a basha in the neighborhood, but its quite disappointing. I recommend get a delivery or takeout from elsewhere. Will be cheaper for...
Read moreI went today for a chicken shawarma and basically I got a wrap. The guy put HALF a spoon of garlic, lettuce, tomatoe onion and 2 turnip. Literately 2 small pieces. No sauces whatsoever
I asked for hummus, a bit more garlic sauce perhaps or even tahini and he said they don’t have any. I was gonna cancel it but he already started making it. I’m confused how this makes it a shawarma….should’ve went to Farrhouj that doesn’t skimp on ingredients and makes actual shawarmas smh. $8 for a dry wrap. 2 stars cuz...
